I just had my first experience with Neroli and am very pleased. I initially went in for a consultation for my acne scarring and hyperpigmentation but after speaking with Arlene, I left with a chemical peel and a solid plan to heal my acne and scars! I felt like someone finally helped me address my skin issues and am very excited to start my skin journey here!

Neroli is a wonderful contemporary gem in the center of Charlottesville. The estheticians are knowledgeable and honest. They have the latest tech in facial/skin and educate without over selling in any pushy way. I appreciate how considerate the staff is and how relaxing the experience is. I joined the membership a couple years ago without expecting to maintain long term. It was very worth it. You can receive one service a month that usually exceeds the value alone and you also get a discount on products. Even if you travel as I did often then, you can have your credits carry over which is nice. I have considered cancelling but it's consistently better than other places I have been to in the local area. I wear 1/8 of the makeup I used to years ago bc my skin feels and looks great alone (which I never thought possible before). I love their tinted moisturizer w/ 44 spf and wear that in place of foundation each day. My skin has improved so much- I am sure all are super, but I recommend Arlene for facial/dermaplane/peels. Thanks to all of the staff. 🙏 I miss having massages therapy there too but I appreciate their focus!

I just experienced the glo2facial for the first time. Loved it! Rejuvenating, relaxing. Definitely something I’ll do again. Brooke is very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the best treatments for my skin type. I’m a huge fan of Neroli!

I've had two in the past two months, and they have been so successful that I signed up for a membership. I love the spa and treatments, but I love the staff more. They are courteous and experienced and go out of their way. Importantly, they have improved my skin - I've had very positive results with Brooke and Chelsea. I highly recommend Neroli!

Absolutely love the Glo2 facial - best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to the next time I schedule one. A perfect experience. Neroli has so many services to offer- I have several facials and Red light treatments - looking forward to getting Hormone Replacement therapy in a few weeks- wonderful staff and various services.

FINANCIAL SCAM Today, I found out that not only do they have horrible customer service, but they are also involved in financial scam. Be careful when providing credit card information to this place. I used a gift card for their services on Thursday, but I found out today that they charged my personal credit card for the same services. I believe this was intentional since we spoke face to face on Thursday, and the owner said they charged my gift card. Now I have to block my card and wait for a new one because I feel very insecure knowing that my card information is in such unprofessional hands.

I have experienced the Neroli Med Spa & Beauty Lounge many times. All of my experiences have exceeded my expectations. Everyone is very professional and non-judgemental. My results have been very natural. My friends always tell me how refreshed and young I look at age 66. Recently at a family reunion. My younger relative in her 30s asked me what my secret is. She didn't believe my age when I told her. Before I picked this establishment, I did my homework on the services that are offered and other reviews. You can't do any better so stop looking now and book your appointment.
