If you are looking for authentic looking lash extensions book an appointment with Jess Feight. People always compliment me on my lashes and ask what I use to have such great lashes. I say “Jessica- she does the work.” I often get gasps of surprise when I share that I have extensions, followed by “NO way, they look so real.” That’s why I continue to have Jess do my lashes…. I’ve been going to her since she started. I’m sure you’ll be beyond satisfied- she is also very professional and easy to work with if you need to adjust appointment etc. (within reason/availability). I look forward to my appointment each month.

Lashes, brows, and facials they have you covered here. Jackie listens to what you want and then delivers. I have gone to this salon since it opened. I have never left wanting more. I went to Lexi this week for a facial, and my skin feels and looks great. Their salon in cute. They always have treats out for their clients. 5 star treatment.

If you’re looking for the perfect eyelash extensions, this is the place! Believe me, I’ve tried them all! It’s a welcoming atmosphere and so dang cute! Torri is the most amazing stylist and person! She always makes me feel comfortable. She has a natural instinct to know if I want to talk or just take a nap! She does the most incredible job on my lashes!!! She is amazing!!!

I have been going to Jackie for my lashes for almost 6 years & she recently microbladed my brows. She is extremely talented. Jackie & Torrie are both super welcoming & do great work. I highly recommend!

I have been to several salons for lashes in Reno, and I was in the habit of dreading each appointment. A fill always took 1:15-1:30, I wasn’t overly impressed with the quality and I never clicked with my artist. I have been seeing Jacki for the past few years, and I will never leave!! I live in south Reno and will make the drive to the north side of town with no complaints to go to NLBC. Jackie is so personable, fun to talk to and makes every single client feel welcome. Tori is always willing to help out if I need to sneak in for something outside of my scheduled appointments. I have had my brows done here as well as waxing and I have never been disappointed. They make every client feel like they are their #1 priority and I won’t ever leave unless they make me :)

My experience was sadly very unfortunate! The day of my appointment I woke up with a fever and rather than showing up to my appt and spreading illness, I called to cancel AND reschedule. Rather than being understanding of the situation, I was charged the FULL amount for the service even though I was told they were doing me a favor by only charging me 50% of the total cost of the service. Now, I need refunded the other 50% and it makes me question a companies morales when they are charging you 100% of the service when I’m doing them a favor by not coming in. Extremely frustrating to say the least! You would think people would be more understanding of situations such as this….

Saw Ronnie for a nice pamper session. Loved her! It's located right next to Statefarm office a walks away from the river and Idlewild park. Had a relaxing walk afterwards.
