Went to go get my rhinestones put back on cause he fell off and the lady put them on so sloppy and so disgusting me was tossing my hand around like she was disgusted. I mean she didn’t charge me, but the whole service was just irritating because I went there and got them done and they got mad because I came back to get the shit fixed.

Cuticles are not clean. And the French is not crisp. It looks so sloppy.

Really clean facility. The staff is friendly. My nail tech was Mai, she did an excellent job, was precise and really took her time. I was satisfied with my service.

I was reading the comments to see if what happen to me was atypical but no, the first time the color cheap off, second time I chosed a different tech thinking that it was the first ones fault but no same thing happen, third time I asked the manager to do it for me but same thing happen and in top of that she was upset with me like it was my fault, she was rude and cero respect for customers

Cut my wife's cuticles numerous times when using drill to remove nail polish causing pain, fashioned her nails in terrible shapes and created bumpy surfaces, left nail polish on her fingers, left acrylic on her fingers everywhere, completely disregarded her request to be careful with foot due to recent surgery again causing pain. Terrible. I'm writing the review because I had to listen to her anger about this nail shop for over an hour.

I had been looking for a new salon, and recently started going here and have been requesting "Van." She is super friendly, and very detailed in her work! She can do any design! I 100/10 recommend. If you are looking for a peaceful salon to sit back and relax! This is your place to be!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 yrs and I came in today for 3 pedicures which mind you is over $150 not including tip. My mother who was with me was explaining to the Receptionist how she’s been having some skin issues on her foot (seen by a Dermatologist) and asked that all instruments be cleaned and sanitize. The Receptionist got very defensive and another Customer decided to chime in with rude comments. Ultimately the Receptionist sided with the other rude customer and asked my mother to switch seats. Which she declined. Than asked my mother and I to stop and be quiet but didn’t ask the other rude woman to stop. This was an Extremely Uncomfortable and Unprofessional situation! Especially since We were the ones being harassed and Bullied. The moment we decided to defend ourselves we were asked to stop and be quiet while the other rude woman was called by her first name and and apologized too.

The nail tech started cutting my real nails without even asking me. I have never seen someone do that then when I asked her, what was she doing? She just jumped up and stopped doing my nails.

Nails came off within a week , paint came off within 2 days and it was gel asked the male to do acrylic on my big toes he said okay and still didn’t do it

Clean place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quality of work ⭐️⭐️ Price ⭐️⭐️⭐️ No ph Bond for my gel pedicure I asked for gel in my manicure, they suggested acrylic bc I had 3 broken nails, I accepted. The acrylic is bulky, they did not asked for desired shape. Overall Nevada Nails is an OK place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

David was the worst nail tech ever. He was so rude and did a horrible job. Nevada nails is always great but he was the absolute worst. I would never go get my nails done by him.

Visited 3 times before rating, what are the odds the middle-aged, male, nail tech with the baseball cap and salt-n-pepper low cut hair would do my pedicure two of those times. He is disgruntled and responds in an overreactive manner when the client asks questions or suggests a way they want their pedicure done. He speaks in his language (inferring he is complaining that the paying client had preferences - gasp!!) and coworkers join, just overall uncomfortable and unprofessional for the customer. Shame, I did patronize this place 3 times to be fair. He is a sour employee and both times my pedicure was a mess.

Terrible service. I do my own pedicures but decided to get one done. He did not know what he was doing. I dont know if he was watching tutorials on what to do as he was doing it or just completely on his phone. I wouldn’t mind if he was on his phone if the work was good but it was terrible. I asked him for squared shaped nails he started rounding the nail…. opposite. He didn’t exfoliate my foot well. He checked to see if my nail was dry by touching it left his whole huge thumb print. I spoke up and he told me to “relax” but I was not about to pay $60 for a bad pedicure when pedicures are so easy to do. I grabbed the file and drill from his hand and started doing everything myself. The paint on my pinky nail immediately came off when I grabbed my pinky. I tried to make small convo to lighten the mode but he was still mad… like it’s my fault he’s bad at his job. He made me bleed on every single toe on my right foot as you can see in the picture I still have the scab and this was two weeks ago. He also still managed to get paint outside my nail bed after redoing my right foot 3 times. (dont let anyone do that to you it can give a glue allergy) Didn’t let him touch my left foot again. I was hoping I would get a discount since I did most the work myself but I was charged full price. He was a guy around his 40s could have no hair not sure he was wearing a hat and no facial hair. I’ve gone there before and the other guys were good but it also has been a while since I was there.

I was very disappointed that the person I chose for a new set of nails (recommended by her last time I was there) gave me a pedicure, then decided that a customer who came in after me, deserved her complete attention (I saw he received "the works" expensive pedi & mani services) so I was passed to a lady whose license showed "Chi". I don't appreciate them speaking in their language, so I could not understand their conversation regarding me. I asked what was being said but did not receive a straight answer. I ALWAYS tip well when I get services done. I was not happy being upcharged to remove old nails for new set, or being charged $35 for a pedicure ($55 if you want gel polish) where my heels were dry and cracked after the service. My nails were not shaped as I wanted because I didn't feel I should pay $10 upcharge for it. I did tip Chi $15 and the first one $5. I went there because it was in my neighborhood. I WON'T return!!!
