Awesome service. I get the milbon hair treatment package and feel like a princess everytime I come. The hair wash and scalp massage is something you won't find anywhere else.

I have been going here for years. The prices is always reasonable for full head of highlights, cut and blowout. They give great massages when washing your hair.

They cut my hair too short and ugly ,coloring my gray hair uneven , recommend me for a treatment for additional cost $50 is like the hair conditioner after one wash ,don’t really make any difference ,don’t waste your money ,will not come back ever again!

A black shop with very poor technology and poor straightening and dyeing results. The shopkeeper's attitude is extremely arrogant and his tone is full of disdain. I have been insulted by various words and actions from the shopkeeper.

I have never received such a bad haircut in my life. Joanne was my stylist and she gave me a completely different haircut than I requested. It is super choppy like I have a mullet… Please do not go here.

I made an appointment and was the first one there. My stylist was very friendly and did a terrific job on my hair. New 1 hair salon is my go to hair salon now.

Not a pleasant experience. Stylist didn’t even listen to what I asked for and gave me a totally different style. People said Joanne should be good so I went to this place. I do not recommend this place unless you’re an older person as the styles are geared towards that style.

The lady told me after this person is you, but 2 people went ahead of me. Waited for 2,5 hours and worst haircut ever. I was done in 10 minutes, with homemade style haircut. Atleast she could’ve told me come later or something

The workers there are so nice!! They're all very accommodating. Hair wash is nice and long and comfortable and I get a good cut as well, all for a really good price!

Absolutely no customer service. We walked in although everyone had a customer, no one greeted us or asked what we are looking to do, or asked us to have a seat and wait a bit. No one bothered to speak to us as if they don't want to do business. We left after waiting half an hour on our own. We don't even know if they put us in line or going to service us at all. In that half hour, of course non of the staff asked what we're here for.

Clean, up-to-date service, a variety of options. Amy is amazing 👏 she washes hair professionally and massages hair well; blows hair perfectly. Most importantly, she's a nice and sociable lady. What I liked most was they document your visit and give you client-centered service.

Joanne and her sisters are the BEST ever They are friendly and very competent I had moved to Florida 2 years ago b ut was visiting the post week and my wife went there for haircuts. The results were great I wish I could go here all the time
