Don't book with Hannah, she was difficult from start to the end. Trying to communicate and make an appointment is almost impossible it takes her days to respond. She asked me what times for work you I said 5:00 or weekends and then she turned around and said she wasn't able to accommodate those times. I schedule an appt for 4:30 even had to schedule and leave work early and I texted her at 4:30 pm directly and told her I was on my way then she replied with a text saying if I'm not here by 4:45 pm she wouldn't see me it was her policy. I told her I was 5 mins away(would be there at 4:40pm) and she responded back again that she wouldn't see me if it was after 4:45 pm basically I felt like didn't want me in her chair or to do my hair & didn't want to work ....she was being crappy and trying to cancel on me. Just every response from her was negative. Save your money, time & energy.

I asked Heaven to round it more in the back & she began cutting the front. I tried to convince myself that maybe I wanted it angled in the front at that point, but we both knew I didn't because I had already explicitly made that clear. To top it off, the front wasn't symmetrical.

Had a girl braid my hair…showed her a picture and came out all greased up looking like a MMA fighter. Whatever she put on my head not only was disgusting and ruined my cowgirl hat. Will not be going back.

Definitely go check out Hannah! She did so amazing with my hair. I came in with super damaged grown out blonde hair, and I was looking for a change. I asked for my natural hair with some dimension. It looks and feels so much better than what I thought it would be. Also, she is the sweetest person to talk to. So down to earth and makes you feel incredibly comfortable!

Edit: I just want to add that I continue to get new and cute hairstyles from Hannah! I've been searching for a long time looking for someone to work with my hair and my face shape. I had so much fun in my appointment working with Hannah's ideas, as well as my own today. She not only worked with what I have but was willing to play around and try new things. I have not enjoyed a hair appointment, or a hair cut this much, in many years.

I’d been in search of a good salon for a while now and the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome. Hannah gave me exactly what I wanted even though I had a hard time explaining and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Good prices and quality service make for a great experience. I just had a cut and blonde highlights by HEAVEN and I ❤️ It!! She is awesome! She is very personable and easy to talk too. Heaven did an amazing job and my hair color is exactly what I asked for! I have found my new stylist!!! I highly recommend her. 👍🏼 I’m a very happy customer! 😁
