I've been going to Jaime for over half a decade now and she's always been fantastic and consistent. Jaime does a great job, and she sometimes introduces new services to make getting a haircut and wash feel like you're at the spa! She's a lovely person to be around, and has helpful suggestions for hair upkeep or updating your hairstyle. Would highly recommend!

5 Stars! I’ve been going to Jamie at New Dreams for a couple of years now, and I can't recommend her enough! She’s incredibly talented and has made my hair journey so fun. We’ve been adding pink to my hair, and it always turns out vibrant and beautiful! Jaime listens to exactly what I want and brings it to life perfectly every time. Not only is she a great stylist, but she’s also super friendly and makes every appointment a relaxing experience. If you're looking for someone who knows how to work with color and make you feel amazing, Jaime is your go-to!

I’ve been with Jaime for almost a decade. I always look forward to sitting in Jaime’s chair! She’s a great colorist. We have fun experimenting with the new colors and techniques. I love that she takes my ideas and helps me understand what will work with my hair based on the level of maintenance I am used to. What I also love about Jaime is her passion for education - always learning new things/techniques and imparting her wisdom and experience to others.

Jamie's been doing my hair for for the past 6 years, and I'm so grateful I found her! She's an incredibly talented stylist and is always learning and expanding her skills for her clients. She's caring, attentive, listens and takes time to talk me through different ideas. My hair's gone through a lot of changes over the past couple of years and Jamie's walked me through and problem solved solutions every step of the way. I'm so glad I hired Jaime Dupard for my bridal hair and makeup! I was looking for a local stylist who works with curly gals and who didn't have a really high minimum number of services needed to book. I got so lucky finding Jaime! We spoke on the telephone for a consultation and she sent me a very organized proposal. I knew I wouldn't be having bridesmaids for my wedding and it was so helpful that Jaime was able to accommodate me without requiring me to book 6+ services. We did a hair/makeup trial at her studio in Sacramento a few months before the wedding where Jaime took detailed notes, photos, and we discussed any potential tweaks. A few weeks before the wedding, we had a final phone call and prepared an exact timeline. On the day of the wedding, she traveled to me. She allocated plenty of time for my hair and makeup and it turned out amazing! I got compliments on my hair all night and I loved how we embraced my curls which helped me feel like myself. My makeup stayed put for the 6 hours before my ceremony started including during photos in the heat, and looked great even at the end of the night. Jaime also took care of my mom's hair and makeup for the wedding and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Jaime for your bridal hair/makeup. She is professional, caring, and you can tell she wants to make her brides feel beautiful for their special day. Her communication was great and I felt confident working with her.

Jamie was phenominal to work with! She had a schedule for me and my girls getting hair and makeup done and was very flexible and adaptive when things changed. She had tons of supplies prepared and our makeup/hair looked SO BEAUTIFUL after! She also had a lovely personality and gave me amazing confidence on my big day. When I was finding my stylist, personality was my #1 priority and Jaime fit the bill big time. I would absolutely go with her again for a future event and would highly recommend her. Thank you!

First I want to say that I have not regretted going to Jaime after my sister told me about her. Jaime is the one person that gets me and where I am coming from; I take care of my 88+ year old father 24/7 and I didn't really have to tell her to much, she just got it and went from there. I always leave it to her as what to do, unfortunately I have to keep it shorter but she kept it short but also kept it to where I could put it in a ponytail or let it go and look great! I love that she gives you your attention and really really listens to what you are going through and what you need. Jaime is such a godsend and I look forward to seeing her again, soon! I had an amazing experience here. I had gone to get my hair dyed here after my previous stylist had completely missed the mark on what i wanted. Majour shout out to JAMIE!!!! Shes an absolute expert when it comes to hair imo. She was so kind talking me through each process and really invloved me with picking a colour that my hair could reasonaly achieve. I had my appt booked quite soon after my consultation too which im so thankful for. Id absolutely recommend Jaime for your fun hair colour needs - im red and pink now!

I have been getting my hair done by Jaime for years. She does amazing work with my hair cut and coloring. I have naturally curly hair and love having a stylist who can cut my hair for curly and straight looks. Not only are the services great, I have also been introduced to great new hair products and styling tips to keep my hair looking great all the time. The salon is great and I am happy to see it grow. Super nice people! I highly recommend it!

Coming from a background of little to no knowledge about hair, I greatly benefited from Jaime’s wealth of knowledge about various types of hair products (and how to use them) along with different hair cuts and styles that are popular amongst her customers. Before coming to Jaime, I was always apprehensive about getting a hair cut due to concerns about it not turning out the way I wanted. The apprehensiveness also stemmed from a terrible experience I previously had at another hair salon that was mostly due to my inability to properly communicate what I wanted. For a very long time now, I have been searching for a hair stylist to whom possesses the knowledge and experience to (1) understand the general hair cut and style I am trying to go for (with the little context I can provide) and (2) be able to evaluate, suggest, and recommend ways the cut/style I want can be improved or suggest other cuts and styles if the one I suggested seems like it wouldn’t work out with my face shape. And after going to Jaime, I am confident enough to say that I have finally found the one!!! During our initial conversation about the type of haircut I was going for, Jaime gave me great reassurance that the cut I desired would look good on me while also providing suggestions and options we can try to make it look even better (while of course not being pushy about it)! Jaime also keeps “you” in mind throughout the entire session by thinking about your normal hair routine, maintenance, and how long it has been since you had your last cut. She also takes the time to explain every product she puts in your hair, and puts in the effort to answer your every question to the best of her ability while also dropping tips and tricks here and there. Jaime is a great hairdresser and person in every way, and I definitely recommend. I can’t wait for my next cut! Thank you so much Jaime!!! <3

Don't hesitate book your appointment! Jamie is amazing at her craft, I have been going to her for color, highlights and a hair cut for 5+ years now. I have never left the salon and not been in love with my cut and color, and she is amazing at taking your vision for your hair and making it a reality. During my last appointment I gave her creative freedom with the cut and color and it turned out better than I could have imagined. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, inviting and clean. There is parking out front and to the side of the building.

Jamie is such a wonderful person! Not only does she take the time to care for you while you're in the salon and in her chair. But she has so much knowledge to share and I learned so much about my own hair while I was with her. I believe it is because of all the knowledge she has, she isn't afraid to try new things! I love trying new colors and new cuts and and in the past I've had other hairstylist shy away or turn me down. Jamie does none of that! She really takes the time to talk about what you want and as a team a plan gets put in place! I am so happy she was recommended to me and she really is as her Salon suggests a Dream!

My bridesmaids and I used Jaime to get ready for my wedding day! She fit in so well with the 3 of us, it made the entire getting ready experience better! She had such good recommendations for us all and helped us all feel beautiful. I would definitely use her again if I need to get ready for a big event or party! I had a great time getting my hair colored and cut. It is hard to find a hairstylist who also knows how to do a curly haircut and since I have a mane of curly's it was nice to go to someone who knew how to cut it. Thanks again Jaime! I love it!

I am so glad I found Jaime! I just moved to Sacramento and was nervous about going to a new hair dresser. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with my cut before I left.
