What a delightful experience! Picked the spot based on reviews and was still wow’ed by the incredible warmth and friendliness of Nu (the owner) and the staff. I brought my tween daughter and her friend and we all got mani-pedis. Often nail salons see kids coming and groan, but Nu and her team were really welcoming and treated them like regular clients. It was just us and another customer there and since we were all cat lovers, the owner’s 2 young cats got to come out for a bit which made for a mind-blowingly great experience for the girls. This is now our one and only nail salon!

I had my builder gel done, and it's been over two weeks—still going strong. The pricing is really reasonable, and the space is clean with friendly staff. This is going to be my new go-to spot!

My friend and I decided to make a trip to the salon part of our weekend plans, and it turned out to be the best decision. The team’s creativity and professionalism made the entire experience feel luxurious. We both left feeling pampered, with gorgeous nails that were the highlight of our day.

They were very sweet and inviting. I have a lot of cuticles - a lot of places will rush the nail prep process but they actually took their time prepping my nails. Application of polish was very clean. Overall nice environment.

I recently visited this nail spa for a Dip Mani, and I couldn't be more impressed! I received top-notch service that was worth every penny. The ambiance of the place is calming and clean, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The technicians are highly skilled and very attentive to detail, ensuring my nails turned out flawless. Definitely a great experience overall—I’ll be coming back for sure!

Nư and Thuy will take care of you like family. They can offer you tea, coffee, seltzer water, and still water. I have had three mani-pedis with cat's eye gel nail polish so far and I've loved the results. Highly recommend this nail salon. 5 stars.

Spectacular service! Highly recommend. Cinnamon aroma therapy the moment you walk into this hidden gem. All the staff are incredibly hospitable - offering hot tea and sparkling water. They were super detailed on my gel mani/pedi, and even were able to adjust the color at the end. They truly care about your experience and that you get the results you envision!

The owner, Nu, is a delight! I was visiting town on two different occasions for work this October and mentioned to my daughter that I'd need a manicure each time. She immediately booked us for an appointment and I got a gel manicure with a vibrant silver polish that elicited lots of positive commentary from others. The second time I went back I got a sparkly rose set and the same - people told me how nice they looked. Both times the manicure lasted throughout multiple trade show booth set ups and tear downs. I also did the paraffin dip both times, which was nice and comforting for my hands. Highly recommended. Nu is also just a kind person. You can sit and have a glass of bubbly, or have a cup of water while she and her team attend to you. Nu is also lovely to chat with - making the experience super enjoyable. Truth be told, Nu loves nails and nail art. My daughter got a very cool pattern perfect for fall and it looked beautiful after they had a conversation about what the design should be. The spot is smaller, and the parking can be tricky if you're not taking Muni or walking by. Go see her, tip well, and enjoy!

The owner is very friendly and my nails came out nice, but I believe I was overcharged. I got a manicure, and she said it would be 20% off or $18 because they have a grand opening promotion, but I was charged $23, and I tipped $6, so I ended up spending $29. In my haste to leave I didn’t realize it until I was in my car, and at that time I didn’t want to go back in and raise a fuss. So, if you go and they still have the promotion, double check you’re actually getting the discount. They also don’t have prices posted anywhere. Otherwise, I would come back because it is brand new, clean, and again, they do good work, but I think I’ll stick to my normal nail spot (which was closed, which is how I ended up here).
