EDITING: Well I guess I left my review too soon. Me and my husband went tonight. There were multiple things wrong. First of all, all of a sudden the prices increased tremendously and that isn’t noted anywhere yet looks like it was changed by hand on the sign. Then MULTIPLE times both of our massage people left us to go up front and talked to whoever came through the front door. I think what I’m most disappointed in is the fact that my husband wanted to get up and walk out so badly because of how bad his experience was tonight. The guy that gave my husband a massage only rubbed the same part of his foot unless he moved his foot to remind him to massage another part…. Then with the 30 min body massage portion, he stretched out the neck of my shirt. Then he would rub his back his belly was on his head while he was reaching over him…. The table didn’t have much padding around the bottom edge, so his jaw was being shoved into the metal bar. The whole body massage only consisted of upper back/neck… zero massage of arms, or head like our prior visit. I think the masseuse was too focused on what was being played on his Bluetooth headphone (I could hear it) and not focused on my massage… I think this is about my fourth time coming here since they opened! I kind of feel bad because I used to be a regular at another spa but I tried this place out because the other place didn’t have availability and as long as the prices stay affordable/cheaper than the other facility I will definitely be continuing to come back here for all my Massage needs! Me and my husband absolutely love it here! You definitely have to give it a try I promise you not will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage this is the place to be. I had a really bad pain on my left foot that felt like a pinched nerve and he was able to relieve that pain off. Even though it was only a foot massage that I asked for I still got a back massage while my foot was being soaked in a warm bucket of water.

OMG! I was out shopping on a Sunday, I must have slept wrong because my neck and shoulder were aching and sapping my energy! . I randomly looked for a massage spa that could just give me a 30 minute spur of the moment to un lock my neck and shoulder and stumbled into brilliance! My next full body will be here! I went out free of pain ! He restored motion in my neck. I indulge my self with massages all over Norfolk. And this went to the top of my list. I look forward to coming back.. thanks again for fitting me in last minute!

Can I just say one of the best hidden gems in the 757 area. Came in because I had gotten a gift certificate for Christmas it was getting ready to expire, I got off of work a little earlier than usual so I figured I’d stop in. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know and more!!!! They took care of me as soon as I walked in the door the atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. I clean houses for a living so I’m always on my feet. Got their 30 minute foot massage and they went above and beyond even gave me a short shoulder and back massage before they massaged my feet/legs. I didn’t know I needed it but afterwards I felt so light and airy. The pain in my feet went away definitely found me a new massage spot!!! I absolutely loved my first time experience. Can’t wait to visit in the near future! 😊

I have been having left hip pain for the past weeks after carrying a heavy load down the stairs and OTC pain relievers and patches weren’t helping that much. My wife convinced me to get a massage and I normally don’t like other people touching me. But the pain was affecting my ability to walk. I hate to say it but my wife was right, we did a 1hr foot and body massage. I almost cried because the first time in weeks the muscles in my hip relaxed and the pain subsided. Masseur asked what area to focus on and worked on my sciatic nerve and relieved the pain as well as tension all over my body. I regret not getting the 90 minute total body massage! Thank you so much for the pain relief, clean, relaxing atmosphere, professional masseus and a fantastic massage!

I thought all the five star reviews are fake. Until I went in for foot and body massage. And boy oh boy, was it therapeutic. Emma, knew what she was doing. I was sore from a workout before the massage and I felt great after. She put the right amount of pressure to every area of my body. She’s amazing and will definitely book her again. Thank you New era!

I was here two weeks ago and forgot to do a review, I am 8 mos preggo and I asked for 90 mins reflexology. The price is right, the massage is really what I needed, it relaxes my whole body. I don’t like light massage that doesn’t do anything and in here they knew what a preggo would need to relax and decompress.

I went here a few weeks ago and forgot to review so when I pulled them up today for another appointment I figured I’d pop one in! I highly recommend this foot spa! Affordable, comforting, and relaxing. I did the simple 60 min foot spa and at 8 months pregnant it was heavenly. You also get a neck, back, and arm massage with it. The location is simple with plenty of parking. The massage room is community with curtains and comfy chairs. Everyone was very kind and the other patrons seemed to enjoy their experience as well. Great little find in VB!

Emma was absolutely amazing !! I'm 5 months pregnant , work 40-50 hours on my feet , but after an hour with Emma working on me , I couldn't even tell ! My whole body felt relaxed and it was the best $40 I've spent in a long time . I can't wait to go back !!

Emma was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant. I plan to come back again! The foot massage is as great and the full body was FULL BODY. Legs, back, shoulders, neck, head AND EVEN FACE!!!!

Such a great place! My husband and I were able to walk in and got brought in for our massages immediately! We went for the foot massage and the gentlemen went above and beyond and also massaged our backs, legs and arms! Not to mention, it is extremely well priced!
