Me encanta el servicio al cliente, las chicas siempre están pendiente de las necesidades del cliente y reciben con una sonrisa. Yaneli hace mis uñas y no decepciona, muy buena en lo que hace. Altagracia y Reyna, ambas han secado mi pelo y me encanta como lo dejan siempre brilloso y luce completamente saludable! My go to every weekend! ❤️❤️❤️

I recently visited this salon expecting to see Maria, but I was informed she had left. The stylist assured me she could do just as well, but after spending five and a half hours there - when it was supposed to take a maximum of two hours—I was hit with a $225 charge far more than what was quoted over the phone. When I questioned the price, the stylist overreacted, called me 'cheap,' and even called the police, threatening me if I didn’t pay. I waited over 10 minutes for the police, but eventually decided not to wait any longer. To make matters worse, none of the staff spoke English, making the situation even more frustrating. This experience was unprofessional and stressful. I won’t be returning and definitely can't recommend this place to anyone after Maria left.

The place hasn’t been the same since Maria left. It use to be a Dominican Salon and now it’s not. The current stylist doesn’t know how to work with all hair types.
