Good customer service, I did a walk in, I was seen a few minutes later, Steven was my masseuse, he did a great job, medium massage and hot stone, I had two epidural shots so my back was killing me, after the massage I felt like a new person I can move my back so much better.

It’s hit or miss with this place. Sometimes they’re really good and great customer service, other times they don’t care what kind of massage they’re giving and don’t care how they’re treating their customers.

I've gotten massages here around 5 times. I get a different masseuse every time and they are all very skilled and all use different techniques. Staff are very professional and nice! Once I got pregnant, I tried out another massage place (not Asian owned) that advertises prenatal massage and it was honestly not the best. So I decided to come back to my go to and get a prenatal massage here and it was fantastic!! Steven was my masseuse. He was very careful (I am 8 months with a huge belly). The prices here are also the best and so worth it for the skillset too if the staff. The body tickets are also a great deal! The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. I will be coming back!

The ambiance is not that of your super upscale spa. That said, the pricing is unbeatable, especially if you get their ticket passes, every masseuse here knows how to do proper lymphatic drainage massage and is highly skilled.

After the massage, I tipped the massage therapist to which she replied making a grunting sound “that’s it, I never get small tip like this”, [$5 on a $45 massage]. The massage was ok, but the tip shaming makes me not want to return. Do workers at business like this make minimum wage (just curious)?

I scheduled a deep tissue combo for my Mom and I. From the waiting room to the rooms was very clean and quiet. Service was great and I had the best massage by Devin. This place and the masseur will be my go to.

Best massage in Sacramento so far! I've been to a few different massage places and only one was really good in the Bay Area, so when I moved to Sacramento I was concerned I had to endure a lot more bad massages to find a good one again. But I got lucky with this one. My masseuse was Judy. She has hands that are firm but soft, just the right mix for a relaxing but invigorating massage. I'll explore more places just in case, but I'm confident that this will be my regular massage place. As of the posting of this review, they have a special deal of $250 for 5 massages. Otherwise it's a normal rate of $60 per 1-hour massage. You can choose your gender if you're concerned about that, and afterwards schedule directly with the masseuse if you had a good experience. They are very accommodating.

OVERLY AGGRESSIVE ABOUT TIPS! The massage was decent enough but once leaving the men aggressively demanded tips shoving their black fold book at us. They didn’t speak English at all and gave us a hard time until they felt they were fairly tipped. Check your bank statement too, I have a feeling they’ll try to charge you again for tips. Won’t be back.

Forced to pay a tip! The man and lady rushed outside to get a tip. As I was getting in the car, because I had paid upfront, I walked out. But they literally came by my car and asked to tip!!!

I am a long term customer and have been enjoying the massage for years. I got those tickets during Black Friday before pandemic. However, due to the pandemic, I had skipped for 2 years. In May, the receptionist told me that there would be a new owner. They told me to use then asap or I would have to pay extra starting September. However, I went to there today, and the receptionist told me that under the new management, they no long accept my tickets. So I am total lost on my outstanding 13 tickets. In understand to pay extra from the inflation, but now I am total lost under the new management. New management, but same place, same location, and same employees!!!! The shop has been continued without closure. When the business sold, there is a term called Goodwill. The new owner should negotiate with the outstanding tickets with the selling price. Old customers have the tickets, and the old customers will continue to go there and continue to purchase more tickets. I gave the suggestion for the old ticket owners to pay extra to settle the inflation to exchange new tickets so that we can continue to use it. But apparently they choose to make the old customer being total lost on the existing tickets!!! I feel so sad and disappointed. I don't trust the new owner anymore with the ticket system. I hope at least the buyer is not related to the seller. Or otherwise it will be so wrong. I am so sorry. Danny is so good and keeps me for years. However, I am not going to go back anymore. This total lost is really hurt, and I don't trust the ticket system. Who knows they will "sell" for another new management.
