After my lady friend visited this establishment and she expressed her concerns at this place. She received and purchased a full body experience and had a male masseuse performed poorly on her person. Either he’s a creep or poor training, however this is unacceptable!

I regularly visit this spa. They are professional in their service with a clean and sanitized environment. My Therapists are generally Sophia and Amy! They are both extremely good with their massage technique. The owner Anna is always cordial as well!! I highly recommend this location!

Today we celebrated my Auntie’s 81st birthday by having a girl’s spa day with her at New Horizon Spa. A wonderful experience was had by all! I even had happy tears after my session. Every1 there was professional and fantastic. It may have been my first time here but it definitely is not my last. Thank you all for a fantastic experience!!

Very nice place and clean. It is the best place I can find. Every time I come here, I can relax and relieve my fatigue. The therapist is very good and kind. It is worth going. I will come again.

Did a couples massage with the hubby and it was amazing. We have had massages elsewhere that didn't even come close to the experience we had here. Very relaxing, clean, professional and rejuvenating. We will be back!

The massage was okay- not the best I had but it relaxed my body a bit. My focus area was on my lower back and shoulders the massage therapist rubbed my shoulder blades rather than the top of my shoulders that I pointed to- I stopped her to move to correct location of pain. I would suggest more time management to give each part of the body equal time. May return

This morning I had a massage scheduled with another spa in Raleigh. While I was driving to that spa, I received a call that the therapist was out sick. Obviously that’s out of her control but I was bummed because I had taken off work for the massage. My friend recommended New Horizon spa and luckily they had a morning appointment for me. This is not your typical upscale “day spa” so I wouldn’t suggest it if you’re looking for the “aesthetic experience” over the actual massage. I wanted a full body massage and for someone to focus on my shoulders. Coco gave me the BEST 2 hour massage I’ve ever had in my life! She is so sweet and took her time. I highly recommend her! This might be a monthly thing for me! It’s so worth it! Thank you New Horizon.

This was my second time coming here. I came years ago when I went to visit my family and I had to come back. Read the reviews and requested Amy for back and foot and she was AMAZING. It was as if she could see through my body to address every bit of pain and discomfort. She was kind and friendly so we’re all the staff. I can’t wait to come back. She is the best. The place is clean, kept and quiet. It’s a literal gem of a place. So grateful

My fiance and I had the most amazing experience here today, I couldn't wait to leave a review to tell about it! From the last minute booking to get us in for an hour couple massage to surprise my man on his birthday, to the amazing customer service from start to finish, and of course the wonderful massage! 👏🏻10/10 recommend this location to everyone! Both ladies who worked with us were absolutely amazing! I got 30 minute table back massage with Amy. She is absolutely amazing! Got a deep tissue and that's exactly what she did. Very strong hands, no mushy mushy massage from her! I would highly recommend Amy and I will definitely come back the next time I visit here from Ohio to see her again! Ty soooooo much Amy!

Treated my grandmother to a Massage for her 80th Birthday. Let me just say this she hasn’t stoped talking about it.
