La’Toia Stafford was very unprofessional and rude. I called to book an appointment, she said to book on Booksy and she’d confirm and be there. She never confirmed, stopped answering my calls, and had me waiting at the shop for 30 minutes for her to show up. The store also appeared open but the hours online and illuminated open sign are not accurate. No one was in the store or answering the store number. Very bad experience.

Star ⭐️ The Barber Is Great ! She’s cool & knows what she is doing. Shes great at retwisting, styling, and mainting locs Been going to her a few months now since I moved here and I’m satisfied. Everyone in the shop is nice.

Latoia is my sons barber and has been for about 3 years. She has always done a great job. He has transitioned from all different phases of hairstyles and she has been there through them all providing great service each time.

La’Toia Stafford was very unprofessional and extremely late. I had a appointment at 10:00am and I waited 13 minutes to text her to see what’s going on. She reply’s that her car is broke down and that she has been trying to jump it since 7:00am. La’Toia says if I’m really pressed for time I can come and get her. I’m giving this place 1 stars because she couldn’t even make it to work on time or let me know ahead of time and the barbers there just said “she will be there”. Not to mention the barbers was talking about previous clients they had in front of me and not in a good way. I would of left but I really needed my hair down for a special event and she didn’t even offer any discounts after all of that.
