Let me tell you how amazing MJ & Patty are @ New Image😎 They have amazing prices & Patty does outstanding per fictionist work🫶🏼 I trust them so much which is so important when med spas are a dime a dozen. But no one in AZ care like this team. Thank you doctor Hetrick for finding such amazing people to run your facility❤️ I’ve been going to them since 2015 & you’re not going to find anything comparable in AZ. I love this place. They make you feel so comfortable. Dr Bob is great. He’s REALLY good with injections and always considers your health first. Sara, the esthetician is really good too. She’s gentle and careful not to mention just fun to be around. MJ runs the office and sees that every detail is just right. The office has such a good vibe. The kind that comes from people who like each other and what they do. I always leave happy.

I been seen Patty for almost 5 years, definitely I recommend her. I see her 3 to 4 times a year. The results are very good and safe, yes it cost money but helps a lot with my self-confidence, 100%Recommended.

Their work is good but the marketing system is corrupted. They have a credit system for customer retention that is NOT for the benefit of customer but customer retention. They charge you higher price first and the give you credit so you go back for the sake of credit. Nothing bad about it but be aware that credit gets expire. Just lost $150! There are other places that won’t play this game with you.

New Image Med Spa is fantastic! Sarah and Dr Bob made me look years younger! I’ve had ULTHERAPY, micro needling, laser and botox. I cannot wait to try the body sculpting next. I highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m 55 and I look years younger!

Today was the first day of my new lease on life, I've always pampered others, being a mom that raised 3 kiddos to independent adults. I took the advice of a friend and came to Med Spa and I'm SO glad that I did. First off, Sarah pampered me with a LONG overdue facial that left me feeling like WOW 😁 then Dr. Bob, AKA, Mr. Q&E 😉 did his magic and last but not least, Marg invited me into the Med Spa family. If you need some pampering, go to Med Spa!! You, too, will be glad you did!

I have been a client at New Image Med Spa for a few years now. They are my go to spot for all of my skin care needs. I regularly schedule skin care treatments with Sara Reynolds, who is one of the best aestheticians available. She is so professional caring and is an expert in her field. My skin has never looked so good and it is all due to Sara. I am not usually one to write reviews, but after my appointment today, I have never been so happy with my results. I received Dysport and fillers in my face today with Dr. Bob Ruiz. Dr. Bob is the best injector ever! He is a true artist. I highly recommend anyone contemplating getting any kind of fillers to head over to New Image and see Dr. Bob. His technique is painless and his results are amazing. I came home and my husband said that I look 10 years younger. Thank you Dr. Bob and New Image Med Spa. Additionally,MarJo, the office manager is also one of the best around she always ensures that their clients are happy and makes all clients feel like a VIP. Bottom line, if you’re looking to feel better, take better care of your skin and achieve a more youthful appearance, go to new image med spa and let them take care of you. You won’t regret it!

I was involved in a car accident in 2017 and have suffered unbearable thoracic back spasms that have progressively gotten worse to the point of being unable to move—absolutely excruciating pain. I was referred to Dr. Visser for acupuncture and after the first session I was slightly skeptical on whether this route would work for me as my spasms continued to intensify for three days succeeding my first appointment. I decided to try a second round and, wow, am I glad that I did. I could cry happy tears as last night was the first night in (I don't even know how long) that I was able to get into bed comfortably without having to lay in a specific position to prevent a spasm. So, so thankful that this may not be something I have to endure forever—first time I have been hopeful that something may work.

I had a lot of stiffness in my back and neck when I went in search of a chiropractor. I did a search online and found Imagine Wellness. Dr. Zamora took x-rays of my back and neck. She showed the problems with my back, and also identified that my neck was even worse, to the point that the vertebrae were nearly fused. We began work immediately. I had relief starting from the first session. There is now greater flexibility in my back and neck and the pain is significantly reduced. The limited range of motion I had been experiencing has greatly improved as well. Dr. Zamora is highly experienced and she and her team are very friendly. I would definitely recommend Image Wellness to everyone.

I loved my experience at New Image so much I tried to only get my botox done here, even though I live in Washington. Now we've sold our home in Ahwatukee, and I am still going to set up an appointment for spring break!

I had 6 Lazer treatments on my mouth area to help with fine lines, wrinkles and old scare tissue. I saw mild improvement. It was quite awhile ago so I don't temember who I saw, but she was very professional and thourough.

I've had nothing but great service here! The last time I stopped in for a product they unfortunately didn't have any in stock, but referred me to another spa so I could get what I wanted. I really appreciated their willingness to help me out, even if it meant I had to go elsewhere.
