First time at New Life New Image and was thoroughly impressed! Dr Chen is the BEST clinician I’ve had the opportunity to work with, by far. As a first time patient, he sat with me for 30 minutes and explained the differences between all the brands of botulism and why they use Xeonin. They were running a special of 50 units for $375 which I felt was a great value. Highly recommended!!! 💯

I've been visiting this office for 4 years and would never go anywhere else. I switched to this provider after a friend referred me. Dr. Chen's expertise with Botox and Juviderm has kept my younger natural look and saved me money...he never overtreats. During my last visit, the receptionist blew me away with her customer service. She whisked me away to my regular treatment room without even asking my name. She helped me look for additional treatment savings and had my payment details ready as I exited my procedure. I really felt like my business was appreciated. And her professionalism and friendliness was beyond expectations. This office consistently offers me the best results, customer service, and value !!! i went to new life new image for a tattoo removal. & i must say, i’m extremely impressed with the attentiveness of the staff, everyone was extremely friendly. sarah was such a sweetheart from the moment i walked through the door. sarah guided me through the process for the tattoo removal and was very knowledgeable. while we were in session. sarah, dr. chen & the nurses we’re all so caring and sweet. thank you new life new image! the tattoo is already fading 🫶🏼

I get Botox and filler every six months I have NEVER bruised and I always look natural yet very very fresh! LOVE Dr. Chen! Idk any other dr or injector that opens the botox box in front of you and mixes everything in front of you and educates you about the trmt you're receiving! He makes me look so natural and not overly done. And he's got the best rates for botox!

Negligent doctor ruined my eye - AVOID THIS PLACE The owner, Matt - is a liar. His father, Dr. Chen - is incompetent (he dropped a needle by my eye, which caused severe damage requiring surgical repair). As an example of Matt's dishonesty, see the photo below from 1 year after they ruined my eye. Matt actually said, "we have concluded that there is no visible trauma". REALLY?? Look at the picture yourself. There is clear swelling and discoloration, even after a full year (FYI - This is what happens when a needle spins around in your face). The story: Dr. Chen was doing an injection on my cheek by my eye. After Dr. Chen (aka Matt's dad) inserted the needle, he carelessly dropped the syringe and the needle spun around in my face. I had a major blackeye (see pics) for months as a result. It's still visible a year later. I've had strangers ask me "How did you get the black eye?" Now I'll say, "Oh they are free with a treatment at New Life New Image Spa since the doctor is incompetent." For the past year, I was patient and took Matt at his word that they take responsibility for what happened. I went back multiple times so they could try to fix it. After several "just let us do this and it will be better" attempts, I finally went to a real doctor. Two real doctors in fact - both highly rated plastic surgeons. Both doctors made the exact same recommendation. I needed a surgery that would cost about $5,000 to attempt to fix the damage caused by Dr. Chen's mistake. I asked Matt to pay for it, which seemed totally fair and reasonable to me. I didn't want an extra penny - just pay to fix your mistake. Matt's reply was "besides refunding your procedure as a gesture of goodwill, we have also provided to you multiple no-cost treatments of Hyaluronidase" (which they said would fix the damage). So they didn't charge me for the procedure they screwed up and also didn't charge me when they tried to fix it. Matt apparently considers that great service (not charging when they ruin your face). In addition to Matt lying about the damage being visible, he said their disclaimer frees them from all liability (e.g. "There is the possibility of a poor or inadequate response from dermal fillers.") - which in his eyes includes negligence of the doctor apparently. Maybe they should add "the incompetent doctor may drop the syringe while the needle is in your face near your eye. If so, that's your problem." So now I'm out $5k (at least) because of their incompetence, unwillingness to take responsibility for their own mistake, and even worse - dishonestly. To lie and say "it looks fine to me" is insulting. People make mistakes - even doctors. I can accept that. But to then take zero responsibility for it, and expect your patient to pay for your negligence is shameful. I didn't run to a lawyer and say "sue this place" (yet). I only wanted them to pay my actual out of pocket costs, which they refused. That is absolutely disgusting behavior. Don't take any risk going there, since even when they are 100% negligent, they don't care. Find another place where, if THEY MAKE A MISTAKE (A MAJOR ONE), they will take responsibility for it. Was a absolute pleasure experience here was surprised. Doctor is very nice asian gentlemen and we had a great conversation during my visit. I learned he use to be I believe he said cardiology and anesthesiologist before this but anyway he shows you(well you can see) and opens the box in front of you which is rare and let me know it was directly from the manufacturer untampered something that is a issue these days people dilute stuff, not here. My entire visit was good. I'm 100% satisfied with services and doctor and staff. I don't recommend many places, but this is one you can count on and I recommend from my personal experience.

Everyone is so kind and caring. I had a few concerns with a procedure I had, and immediately it was brought to attention and taken care of. :) I gave it 3 stars because I spent 450 on juvederm in hopes of looking more refined instead I'm hoping that I just look back the way I did before. I see no improvements in anything within my face just worse underneath my right eye. Waste of my money and time..Especially my face :(

I was originally going to get their groupon based on their perfect rating in the reviews on groupon and I really wanted a Dr. I gave them a call cause I heard they busy. They told me they honor their groupon promotion in office and that I could pay in office. The Dr. was informative and the office was clean, two of my MOST important aspects I look for. The Dr. prepared the Botox in front of me, which i have never seen before and took his time explaining each injection point. It was a great choice, highly recommend.

Matthew performed the procedure of microneedling with prp on me a week ago, however my skin is still bright red, peeling and scabbing in certain areas. He didn’t listen when I asked him twice to please make sure he concentrated on my forehead and nose too as he just kept going after my cheeks (but my entire face is equally scarred). He did my cheeks several times but barely skimmed my forehead and only poked the top of my nose once. I have scars on my forehead as well as fine lines and dents all over my nose. It is so obvious he hardly touched those areas as they look normal while the rest of my face is still healing (which means he neglected some areas and over treated the others). I paid 325$ for a FULL FACE microneedling and was only supplied with the procedure mainly to my cheeks- he didn’t listen and was pushy. I went here because of the good reviews but suspect they are very fake.

This is a very clean and professional spa. There is a broad rmenu of treatments, including hair removal, microneedling, PRP, hydrofacials, fillers and botox. The prices are extremely reasonably, especially if you sign up to receive the monthly specials. Dr. Chen is a very patient and experienced doctor. He has a lot of integrity and takes time to explain and listen to clients. The treatments are effective and the staff are pleasant and efficient.
