Had my son come in for some dreads, when he arrived he felt uncomfortable, they kept saying his hair was not long enough, he told them he just wanted the style, not the length mind u, his hair goes to his cheeks, but he felt so uncomfortable because he felt.like someone was talking about him, what a first expression to make. Tried to call them to explain they let it go to voicemail, and sent me a text and never return phone call

Fabio is awesome but lady in the green shoe with the crusty feet. And the glasses don't go to rude, don't know how to do all the braids styles very rude tried to charge me 125 to reduce first layer of my braids

I get my hair done there twice the yr. The price went up, since last visit and there's usually 2+ Women wkn on your head @ the same time Braiding or putting in Kinky Twists. The wait time is appropriate whether you call in for an appointment or not. The more thicker and longer your own hair is the longer hrs it will take to complete. They only take cash so you should bring enough because you'll most likely be asked for it while in early process of styling.

Asked for small box braids, even from root to tip , the stylist did a sample braid to make sure the size was right that I had requested upon and I said yes but then she got lazy braids where different sizes compared from the front to the back , highly disappointed

Had been going here for years never again. It does not require a degree for braiding hair. Although good quality service is hard to find. Ladies you should not sit in anyones chair not all stylist care about the health of your hair. Braiding has been around for ages why is that everyone loosing their edges? Also they are speaking French turn your iPhones on. I have wrote this review because once the stylist finished my hair another stylist says you like, and she says Comme ci comme ca which means so so. If you don’t like the work you’ve done why should I.

I don’t like that they try to make you get knotless or box braids so they can make more money. You advertise cornrows but when people ask you claim you don’t have anyone that knows how to do cornrows, which I know is a blatant lie. They do good work here though, however if you want to limit customers options you should take down the pictures of the hundreds of styles on your windows

I'm so glad I can do my own hair. The other day I got lazy I went there for a simple hairstyle that doesn't even take me 3 hours to do, the woman who was supposed to braid my hair asked for $180 like she's trying to get rich in 1 day. These African women are so greedy. Back in their countries, they were braiding for less than a dollar. Now they're here in the US cutting people's throat while they are not even professionals. Stay away from these thieves.

Communication was off they never greeted us when we walked in it was a bad vibe you can tell they gossip a lot and I’ll never return. Be careful who you allow in your head you never know who your dealing with or what other individuals practice.

I had a sew in June 2022. I can’t remember who the girl was, but that girl was really really good. I was a walk in. She talked to me like a hair stylist would. My hair was tight! I drove 2 hours to get my hair done. I had a great experience.

Great friendly service. I have been several times and brought my daughters - love it. They are professional and faster than most places. I come from 2 hours away and it's worth it. Fair pricing too

I had an appointment and had to wait an hour and when the lady finally got to me she tied my real hair to the braids and I had to cut my hair. She complained about doing my hair the whole time instead of asking me to come back.

I will never go to new look again. I got box braids done and as I was in the chair they we’re being very rude and were braiding my hair way too tight, as I was finished I felt like I was about to drop to the floor and faint that’s how hard they were braiding I payed 150$ for my braids that is insane. My head is so tender and i literally cried myself to sleep.
