I have this place since February of 2024 and I have made it my spot for massages. It’s clean, straight to the point. The prices are great, the services are great. I’ve never had a bad experience. I always leave feeling refreshed! Come see Jenny and Lili for incredible massages!

In depth review updated 12/12/2024 : First of all no massage place is perfect so there will always be things to complain about even if everything is generally good ! To start, I've been coming to this place a few times a year for 4-5 years ...maybe longer. Sometimes the massage would be amazing, other times it wasn't quite worth the money but they have had many people work for them throughout the time I've visited. I've been going more often since I injured my neck and back so this past visit I opted to try a massage where 2 of the women work on your muscles at the same time. It was $250 for 90 minutes which is way more than I spend on 2-3 individual massages combined. At some point during the massage I felt one of the women's nail barely scratch me and didn't think much of it. It would turn out her nails are quite long & I'm not even sure that it is sanitary to have them this length. Long story short. I got home and showered and felt a sharp sting in 2 different spots on my thighs. I look down to see I've been scratched so I clean the wound to avoid infection etc. The scratch had actually made my thighs break out in a way I have never seen before. I thought it could be the nails [polish] or the bleach they use on the towels that you are wiped with after the massage is over. Fast forward the next day or so... I call the place. They are always super friendly so I tell the owner that I got scratched during the massage and had a rash of some sort on my thighs and she wanted to make things right so she offered a free 1 hour massage. I figured I would get a deep tissue back and neck massage after work and it would make things right in regards to what had happened. I arrive to the location and show the owner the reaction on my skin. She denied scratching me even though her nails are very long...then she offers a small discount for a 1 hour massage after already committing to a free 1 hour to make things right. I told her what I was told over the phone and she tells me that I need to still pay a tip. Keep in mind I spent over $250 on a not-so-great massage that left me with a skin rash...not the way to treat loyal customers. I decided to not waste my time and walk out & told them I don't feel like coming back for their services anymore over the way they handled the situation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they hire better therapists . You could have a good experience or get a bad skin reaction. Best of luck !

Jenny and Lili are the best!! Best massage I've had in my life! The pressure, the ambiance, the service is just Wow!! This my GO TO place now for massages, I will not be looking for another one.

Absolutely amazing massage. My husband and I both had a couples massage with two different therapists, Sophia and Lisa. Both ladies were great! We left feeling relaxed and impressed. Definitely will be going back. Would recommend Sophia. Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sophia did such an amazing job on my foot massage I highly recommend! She utilized her time so well and used the perfect amount of pressure it was the best I’ve had in a long time. 10/10 for sure! I will definitely be back to book with her again! Lisa also did an amazing job on my partners back massage. She was very thorough and used the right amount of pressure. She took her time and made sure he was comfortable He enjoyed it very much. We will both be back for more services! Highly recommend this place!

I had been waiting for 20 minutes inside and no one comes to me. they started giving a massage to the person who came after me, although I had signed up in advance and immediately paid them in cash. And I was not warned about any waiting. The administrator is now brazenly deceiving!

I came in Massage Orient for the first time with Sciatic nerve pain and Jennifer worked that nerve and made me feel so good I love this place and the owner and people are so nice and they take very good care of you I will come back again and tell more of my friends but thank you Cynthia Jones for My Birthday massage

I have to disagree with any one star rating. The new people over there is a 5 star. Rating already. I had my elderly father come in from Chicago and they took good care of him and just a few minutes ago. I was overwhelmed by taking care of my parents and "ELLA" A very kind and skillful massage. Therapist stayed late after clothes and gave me a massage tonight. Because I didn't have time in my schedule to come. She made time. Very big heart and knows what to do. Very skillful. Need more people like this in the world and in america Love their job and know what they're doing. And I've been too many massage parlors. In Jacksonville, Florida. But right now, this one ranks the best. I hope this review. Gets them more business than they can even have🥰😍🫠

I’m left totally confused after reading all the reviews and then my experience being so starkly different. Yes the staff is nice but (especially for $120) the massage was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Came in for a Thai massage which are notoriously strong pressure; ranging from feet walking, stretching, back cracks, and strong muscle kneading. I barely got any of these. My massage was 20% head rub, 10% Thai, and 70% soft rubbing. I was really confused most of the time and left begging for more pressure, which never came. I got maybe 10 minutes of back walking and some back cracks that seemed more accidental than skill. Overall the entire massage left me wondering if i had gotten a licensed masseur or a receptionist. Pretty upset to have spent so much and have no relief from why I sought out a massage. I could’ve done better with my massage gun at home. To add insult to injury, they had me prepay for the massage which wasn’t an issue, but then at the end of the massage she presented my receipt back to me and demanded a tip?! America is wild, it’s the only country this flies. At 120$ the tip should be worked into the price, and then to be unskilled and demand a tip is audacious. When i do a good job at my work, no one tips me. A job is a job, don’t be greedy.

I highly recommend Massage Orient to anyone with back and muscle pain or even anyone who simply wants to relax. I was having back and sciatica pain; Eva was absolutely amazing! When I left, the pinched nerve feeling I’ve had for almost a month was completely gone. I went to this place with a friend who had Cece as her massage therapist and said she was also phenomenal. Everyone was so kind and professional, and the place was also very clean. I will definitely go back again!

This May I was in a car accident,a lot of pain up to now. Lisa is fabulous ,did amazing massage,and used other methods, helped me get out of pain. Only twice,I see a lot of improvement, I am a 50-year-old lady, I have had massages in different places. But this is the best.

This is the best place , I took my mom here because she was very stressed and they did a wonderful job , she feels so much better at such a great price ! I recommend this place if you are looking for a actual strong and pleasant massage 🙏so grateful the staff is so nice and understanding

I am 73 year old with type 2 diabetes and feet that have been numb in recent years. I’ve seen a chiropractor with little success. I went to The New Massage Orient and Lisa gave me a 90 minute massage including Reflexology on my feet. I noticed such improvement that I went just back the next week to Lisa for a second time. Lisa has such knowledge, plus intuition that makes her just a natural healer….my feet are 90% better after seeing her 2 times!!! I am very thankful to Lisa and her ability and skill in helping me recover feeling in my feet. I highly recommend Lisa at New Massage Orient.
