I absolutely love getting my nails done here!!! I've gone to several different nail salons and New Nails is by far my favorite! The technicians do an amazing job and never disappoint! Thank you to Amy and her crew for making my hands look beautiful!

I have a service dog and they gave me a hard time about it. I showed them his credentials but the way the woman came at me, after being there before and doing the same thing the last time, just reactivated why I have my service dog. I left and will never go back there. I wasn't going to sit there in a confrontational situation and further stress myself. "You can stay. Pick your color, so I can take your money" was the scene at that point. I deserve better than that. We all do. You treat people with kindness. You don't know why they have a service dog and it's legally none of anyone's business.

Just had toe nails trimmed and repainted. Older guy did okay. Had to keep giving directions. He was leaving space unpainted near the cuticles.

My last visit had me very unhappy. I requested chrome nails and they just gave me purple painted nails. I requested the chrome nails several times and they told me that they couldn't do it. But to be fair this was the only time I was ever disappointed. I went back a few days ago and this time was so much better. Their staff really are amazing. And very nice.

I should’ve ran the moment I saw flies landing on me. I gave it a shot because the lady told me over the phone acrylic pedicure would be $5 for each toe, total of $50. But when I got there they said it was going to be $90 for basic French tip toes. The lady did not take out any dead cuticles and started slapping my legs very loudly in front of the entire shop. When the guy did the acrylic he used the exact same products as he does on hands to use on my FEET. They did not clean the bowl either, I’m crying and sobbing on my vacation because I paid 105$ for acrylic that didn’t last 2 days. My nails are already falling off. Please go to a professional nail tech who will actually give you good quality for your money.

Absolutely Amazing!!! They did my fingernails and toes along with my 2 daughters for my Wedding this weekend. They were so kind and did a Wonderful job! Especially Kim with the Flowers!

Got a manicure with gel. Passed on the pedicure. The nail tech was nice enough. I’m not chatty and I’m looking for a break, so her quietness was greatly appreciated. 2 stars for that. The tools were rusty at the joints and handles, thus I passed on the pedicure. The lotion bottles had built up gunk, as well as the nail files. The oil bottle looked dirty and/or very old. The nail tech did not ask me about length or shape. I also mentioned that I wanted a white nail and she brought me to the chair and just picked one for me. I had insisted that I wanted to pick and then was rushed. The result was a bit streaky and bumpy, the lines were not clean at the cuticle (but rigid), the polish did not go to the edge of my nails, and ultimately it is not what I wanted. She also filed my nails where the tips are much more narrow than the actual nail. It will result in hang nails. She did not clean underneath them. This mani is for my 10 year vow renewal. I wish I picked somewhere better.

I got a manicure and Pedicure done Wednesday 6/26/91 on my birthday and Manicure was fine but the lady that did my feet was rough and hurt me. They was already talking about my feet and im from out of state 9 hours away but when i come back i wont be back. Heres photos. I could barely walk yesterday

I had a manicure done dip with shellac color over that at 2pm, picture was taken at 7pm the polish is peeling up and coming off in layers. The paint coming off is stretchy I'm wondering if it is not actually shellac, but regular paint? Cost $55 Edit: It's now the next day out of ten fingers only 4 still have polish. There is little pieces of polish in my bed where it flaked off though the night. The dip powder on one finger cracked and a corner broke off. It's driving me crazy.

Love this place..Always a fun time gettimg my nails done. Amy and her husband do a fantastic job while making you laugh. Its very affordable. They do walk ins but i suggest call ahead just in case. You can get a pecicure there as well. Not expensive at all.

Most disappointing nail salon I've ever been too. My acrilic is thin, the wrong tips were used even after showing a photo of what I wanted. I was moved chairs and yelled at after The tech messed up originally. Had to remove the nail polish myself at home. Never going back.

Love coming here, the service is always exceptional and within my price range. The massaging chairs are totally worth the trip!
