From the first time I came here to get my nails done, they made me feel comfortable. They laugh and joke with you and make you feel like part of the family, plus they do such a good job. Highly recommend going and checking it out. Promise you will not want to go anywhere else

I used to always go here but the last 3 times I’ve gotten a gel manicure it chips off within a week. I don’t know if their polish is poor quality or if it’s due to insufficient number of coats but I started trying other places.

I was a walk in client and was greeted with a welcome from the owner and staff! I didn't have a wait time. Fera, the owner was very engaging in what I wanted for my nails and was very patient and aimed to please! And yes...I am very PLEASED!!! Vanessa did my pedicure and it was also amazing! She massaged my calves and feet and made me feel like a friend and not like a stranger! So, thanks to these two wonderful ladies for being exactly what I needed today! I am now a regular customer because I'm definitely coming back!

Got there at 5:40, they don't close until 7. Only wanted dip powder and my eyebrows done. They refused to take me, what's also funny is that they had all white women in there as customers which tolld me everything I needed to know.

So, I’ll start with this first… The staff is very friendly and willingly to get you in! (If they aren’t too busy) which is GREAT! But here’s the kicker, i am very annoying when it comes to my nails. My nails are who I am and they make me feel amazing but when they are done poorly and very messy… it ruins my WHOLE DAY. I honestly read all the reviews and seen when I walked in how friendly and busy they were I thought yeah this has to be a good place. She took my name and set me up at 4 to come back… My pedicure was amazing. The bf enjoyed his pedicure as well! Then came my nails and man, idk if she was having a bad day or just that exhausted or idk but, i definitely will not get my nails done there ever again. I hate saying that but, she left me with THICK dip and my cuticles covered in hardening and the list goes on.. Hopefully, that girl was just having an off day because she did great on my toes! Don’t let my review stop you for trying them out! WHO knows maybe they will do best for you!

I go here at least once a month for both my nails and toes! I always get a full set acrylics and gel for my toes, they do a fantastic job! No matter who I have, every person that works here listens to details and takes pride in their work! I don't go anywhere else for my nails

Very happy with my experience here! I walked in on a whim, and am so glad I did! They were super friendly from the start, and there was no issue with being a walk in. The gentleman that did my deluxe pedicure did a great job, and I really enjoyed our conversation. The lady that did my eyebrow wax was also awesome. She was so nice, and I am very happy with the wax. The salon was super clean and welcoming, and the massage chairs were great. Will definitely be going back!

My girlfriend set up a pedicure for each of us at 2:00. They said they could do it. When we got there they started on my girlfriend. 45 min's later a lady comes around and said that she was ready to start on me. Since my girlfriend was about done I declined to start. My girlfriend and I do not get to see each other (living 91 miles apart); we were looking so forward to doing this together, but this place ruined the even that we had planned for our day together. Do NOT trust them when they tell you they can do you at a certain time!!

I just moved here. And finding a new nail salon that I trust and does a great job gave me so much anxiety! I went here and saw Dam and cannot tell you what an amazing job he did and what a great person he is! Enjoyed talking to him and learning more about Co. Springs. Highly recommend them/him! Will definitely go back! Clean, professional and reasonable prices!!!! Loved the experience!!!!

My second time in after trying different nail salons in the area. This place will be my go to and Cathy my nail tech! She did an outstanding job. They do current trends here, other places not so much. I drive a little farther, bypassing nail salons closer to my house, to go here. Cathy did exactly what I’d hoped: impressed me! Trust me, this place does a solid job. They don’t skip any steps here and go above and beyond. Everyone here has been doing nails a long time, and this place is owned by a nail tech herself. I can’t wait to go back for a pedicure!

DO NOT GO HERE! You'll regret it. I was so excited to try this place, everyone was friendly but the lady that did my nails cut my finger and didn't say sorry, she left nail polish on my skin and I had a lot of air bubbles on my nails. I told her that I had air bubbles and asked if I could get a discount and she told me to go back to the seat but she seemed upset about it. I asked her if she could take the paint off of my skin and she tried taking it off with a nail file, no one has ever done that. This was the worst experience ever

I cannot say enough positive things about New Nails. They are clean and professional and sooo kind. I genuinely love going here to get my nails done. I always have a great time and leave so happy. My nails look beautiful and they make sure I like the way they cut them which I appreciate. Fera, Dam & Cathy have helped me the last few times I’ve been in. I absolutely love them. If you’re looking for a new nail salon, you should definitely come check this place out!

Used to be my go to spot when it was Dam Nails! I got a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was fantastic and the lady was so sweet. I was excited that one of the previous owners would be doing my full set but was severely disappointed. I had 2 restaurant jobs when I came to this place years ago and my nails always lasted through it. This time around, 3 nails had popped off within a week and a half even though I now have a work from home job. My ring finger nail was placed crooked and I knew she could tell because she kept twisting and analyzing it but didn't bother to fix it. The acrylics were overall bulky looking and uneven. I ended up completely taking them off and getting them done somewhere else. I love this place and the employees but I won't be getting any acrylics done here again.

We went here for pedicures on our girls afternoon. It was 2 adults and 2 kids. They were able to fit us in right away. Our nails turned out wonderful and the staff goes above and beyond. They only have one kids size chair so my older kiddo used the regular chair. They were so kind and patient with my 3 year old. She had to use the bathroom when the adults were in the middle of getting painted and massaged and they had no problem stopping so one of us could take her. Then when she messed up her polish from using the bathroom the one man stopped and redid them and someone else brought a snack for her because she was upset. Would definitely recommend this place whether you have a kid with you or not. Very good service.

What a personalized experience! I loved my visit here at this nail salon. Angel was so nice. Folks were walking in & they knew them on a first name basis! They have their regular clients, so be sure & call them to make a future appt time! They are now open 7 days/week!
