I’ve been coming here for years . Lauren and Emily are the owners and they are super nice and accommodating. The facility is extremely clean and very well kept. All of their employees are respectful and great at what they do! Prices are very fair. 10/10 !

I came here to get a manicure and pedicure for my wedding and was blown away by the cleanliness, excellent service, friendliness, and the attention to detail my manicurist exhibited. I requested a skinny French manicure on almond nails with white chrome (gel) and opted for the pomegranate spa pedicure. It was everything I wanted and more. My manicurist was incredibly transparent about pricing at every step of the way and knew exactly what she needed to do to make achieve the look I wanted from my reference photo. She also would frequently reference the corresponding nail on my opposite hand to make sure the nails were a similar length and that the thickness of the French manicure matched. The result was absolute perfection and the BEST manicure I've ever received! Thank you so much!

My previous salon that I’ve been going to for over 25 years went on fire in June and they haven’t reopened. I have taken a break since then to decide on a new location. I read reviews online and asked around. This is my second appointment here with Ethan. It is clean, he doesn’t rush, it lasts, and the prices are what I was already paying. I will continue to go😊

New Nichole Nail Spa is truly the best there is. When I moved to this area, this was the first salon I visited and I've never gone anywhere else, because they are stellar. It was the best decision and I adore them all. The service is excellent, the salon is clean and beautiful, the team is kind and smart and efficient and I love my time there. It's not often you can find a place that checks all the boxes but I would never change from New Nichole and the incredible team on site. If you are looking for a nail salon that will stay with you forever, look no further. Thank you New Nichole for all you do and you have a life long customer in me!!

VERY inexperienced people working here. I’ve been home for 2 hours and it’s still getting messed up. They had to redo my feet TWICE. $45 down the drain

Very disappointed was charged 35 dollars for spa manicure was demanded tip as well paid 45 dollars and had the worse experience ever The guy didn't know what to do was hell confused.nail edges are britty they just ruined it never going again

I absolutely LOVE getting my nails done here! I’ve gone for the last three years and I am extremely particular and meticulous about my nails. They have always done an amazing job! Lauren and Emily are always so kind and welcoming. Eason and Jason are some of my favorites but everyone does a really great job! They are very affordable and truly offer exceptional quality. I am so happy to have found a local nail salon that is near my house and provides amazing service! I even have to book in advance because they are always so busy - that’s when you know they’re really good!! They are always busy it’s pretty much by appointment only. I cannot say enough positive things - even my girls love going with me and seeing their friends - and I can treat them because they are affordable and kind!!

I always have a nice experience at this establishment. I’ve been to other nail salons that take almost 2 hrs to get a powder gel manicure. I’m out in under an hour here and all the staff are very friendly and professional no matter what service I’m having done. Highly recommend!

So happy I found this fabulous nail salon! They do a fabulous job!!!!! It is very modern, clean, and all around THE BEST NAIL SALON i have ever visited! In reply to the review about the $5.00 nail cut every salon does that and in my years going here I have never met 2 owners this generous. I don’t appreciate lies told about this establishment They have become like family to me because of their extremely friendly manner! I also know many customers ( while I’m there) who sing their praises. If you’re looking for a fabulous nail salon look no further.

Today I went to new Nicole for the second time. I was not happy with my manicure. I thought it was very sloppy and I told the guy who did my nails I wanted it fixed he complained so when I left, I spoke to the front desk. I told him I was not happy And they were like kind of well too bad and I said this is only my second time here can you give me disc for my next manicure or something? They said no I said OK that’s good to know. I don’t think will be going to they don’t care about their customers happy

This place is full of very rude people-the one sitting at the desk is the worse. I’ve never had any problems with any salon I’ve gone to. The woman at the front desk the minute I walk in she tells me my nails are too long and I will get charged $5, extra. I keep my nails at a conservative length but I like the almond shape. The girl doing my nails said if I go any shorter I will not have that shape. Then the women at the desk tells my daughter and I who we need to tip who did our nails and goes right up to us in front of other patrons . My daughter and I tip everyone from $5-$10. But even so, a tip is not mandatory and patrons should not be required to do. Another time the color my daughter picked out was not the same as the color put on. Three nails in my daughter very politely said the color looked very different and the man doing it packed up his kit right there and walked in the back. I told them I was more than willing to pay extra for them to change the color. Even the customer sitting next to me said how rude the guy was and she heard me say I’d pay extra. If you want a relaxing time getting your nails done, and you’re paying good money do not go there. The picture shows how short my nails are but they wanted to charge extra

The woman Lauren started doing my pedicure. She cut and filed my nails and then put them into the water. She then walked into the back and just never came back. After 15 minutes, I asked another woman where Lauren went and she told me to wait 3 more minutes so she could do my nails instead of Lauren. As I was waiting I saw Lauren finally reappear but she didn’t acknowledge me and started to do another woman’s manicure for a couple minutes before retreating to the back again. Very bizarre experience. Overall, once the other woman took over the pedicure it was a good experience which is why I rated 3 stars.

I love this salon so much. I usually see Emily or Lauren and they’re both amazing, but everyone there is great. I always love how my nails come out! Today I went with a chrome finish and I love how it looks. I highly recommend trying out this salon! Definitely be sure to call and make an appointment though, it’s almost impossible to get seen as a walk-in since they are usually pretty booked up.

The worst pedicure I have ever received. The lady who did my nails seemed put off by me the entire time for some reason. She tapped my nails with each tool, not actually doing anything or removing any skin. My big toe genuinely looks like a child painted my nails. This was a color that clearly needed another coat but she couldn’t care enough to do so. My manicure wasn’t much better, there was a fuzz and she painted right over it while also leaving so much cuticle skin. Very disappointed I will not be returning.

The technician who did my spa pedicure was inattentive; he coughed several times during the process, and the entire time was either having a conversation with the girl working on my husband's feet or looking behind him. NOT the relaxing experience I expected to have. When he was finished he pointed to a chair for me to get my manicure and was gone without another word I sat there waiting for quite a few minutes before another young lady came over and started doing my hands. Overall not the experience I expected to have.
