My friend and I called for a last minute massage for 8:30pm and we were so excited there was a place that could squeeze in two people. We drove across town just to be told two other people took our spot. The lady said “oh sorry I didn’t ask for a name” and so I said “so they took our spot?”. All she said was “yeah”. It was so unprofessional and very disappointing. Please make sure to take down a name or ANYTHING to confirm who calls or else anyone’s appointment can be taken.

Horrible customer service I payed for 45 minutes and they only did for 30 min not only that she left the room so many times and asked for tip before the service which is so bad which I paid 50% tip and for that much tip I mostly get a really good service I was so disappointed today there’s so many other spa around this area with better customer services.

Our massage therapist, along with the rest of the wonderful personnel, made our stay quite memorable. They give off a lively, youthful energy. Moreover, the magic in their hands enables them to twist their fingers to alleviate the discomfort. Thanks a ton!
