Excellent deep tissue massage with Ivan. Professional service, pressure was very good to work out the knots in my back and legs. As good as any sports massage I’ve had.

Been here lately some weeks ago! I felt may be I was not welcomed. I was not greeted first than asked for massage I told for 60 min. Guy came in than went out than came in after 5 to 7 minutes. He was least interested to do the massage and after 40 minutes he finished it. I mentioned and he said its already 60 min I was not in a mood to argue and left the place. But it was not nice to treat someone like that.

I had a fantastic experience with a pedicure from Elaine, who did an excellent job. She trimmed my nails exactly as I requested and expertly removed all the dead skin. After that, I enjoyed a 60-minute massage from Andrey. I appreciated the convenience of being able to shower in the same room before my massage. Andrey’s technique was perfect; he was thorough and attentive, working through my entire body and effectively releasing all my knots. I had the option to shower again afterward to wash off the oils. I had a great experience overall and I can't wait for my next visit.

Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had. When she used the metal cutter on the soles of my feet so cut them opened. Didn’t notice and then put the stuff on to eat the dead skin wrapped on my foot. I told her it was burning and she didn’t believe me until I started yelling when she washed my foot off I had two huge holes that were bleeding. She put a bandaid on washed my other foot and said we were done. No idea if we were or not but when I left I couldn’t walk on that foot. This was on August 1 today is the 27 and I still have a scab on the bottom of my foot. I did this two days before my Cruise and had a hard time walking around Don’t go here it was around 2 pm

Always my "go to" spa in the neighborhood for a quick Mani (I bite my nails constantly) or a luxurious 120min massage. The facilities are very nice and very clean. Each massage room has a shower for before/after and provides a nice quiet experience. I've had several massage therapists here, but today I had Andrey and he was excellent. I booked 2 hours after a stressful few weeks, and he took his time and worked out every muscle ache. Very professional and knows what he's doing and does it well. Timothy at the desk is wonderful as always. Looking to come back next month and make this a more regular self care day. Cheers!

I have going here for years: at the previous location and their current one. Today I got a Brazilian that was HORRIBLE! The technician ripped off two quarter size pieces of skin. DO NOT GO HERE! They are using untrained and unlicensed technicians.

Sergey was amazing! Very communicative about my needs, perfect pressure, checked in from time to time to make sure everything was good, and gave a great stretch as well. Will definitely be coming back! Vivian is also a skilled and professional waxed that gives just as much communication and explanation about what to expect. Overall great place!

I have recently suffered back and neck pain, and was looking for a good deep tissue massage to help with this. I had the good fortune to try this location - and Sergey was OUTSTANDING. I took the 90 minute massage. Sergey quickly understood where I was facing issues. The massage was intense but did not cross over to painful. I feel better following this and will definitely be back (HIGHLY recommend you try - and request Sergey). As a note on pricing - 90 minutes was $150 plus tax and tip - low side of average for the city (in searching a branded chain spa offered 90 minutes for about $400). Sergey - thank you and I will look forward to returning!

Just got from a really great massage by John. I asked him to focus on my lower back, glutes, and legs, and he did just that. Plus, he worked out some tight areas in my traps and lats. It was strong and he really got into those knots, but it was never painful. He didn’t work my front at all, which was a little disappointing but also worth it since I really needed my overall back worked on. Next time I’d do more than 60 min so he can do a full massage. I’ve been going to New Paradise a few times a year for several years since they’ve opened, and they’re probably the only legit men’s spa in the area, and one of the best in the city overall. It’s clean and quiet, they have showers if you need it, the prices are fair, and the massages are usually really good. Just pay attention to who people shoutout as the good ones in the reviews, especially since they seem to get new massage therapists every so often.

Went there for the VIP Lux treatment. A fantastic experience and the massage by Serge was excellent! Definitely would recommend treating yourself with a visit!
