Libna gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage. My little aches, pains and muscle spasms are way better! Also, really like the facility. Very nicely appointed. Returning next month!

I had a fantastic facial with Kaitlin S. At the !ew Serenity Spa in Scottsdale ! She is very knowledgeable and professional and her service was amazing . The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing and I can’t wait to come back again for the 90 facial .

I went to New Serenity Spa for the first time a few weeks ago. I received an amazing oxygen facial from Yasmin. I definitely recommend this facial and scheduled another appointment for my Mom and myself.

This is an amazing spa to get a massage at. Starting with an easy booking process, followed by easy check in, a relaxing waiting room, to the highlight of an excellent massage. I'll happily return in the future.

After going to this spa for five years and being told that the products were made by the owner, personally, I recently found out that the products are actually made in a factory in New York called Shira cosmetics. You can purchase many of these products on Amazon for less. What a shame that I was lied to all of these years. I thought I was getting something that I wasn’t…. false advertising New Serenity shame on you! Even the staff didn’t know this… I took it up with the manager but he said he would “get back to me”… (he didn’t) I am no longer a long standing client of theirs.

I absolutely love this spa for its cleanliness, ambiance, and excellent customer service. However, what truly makes it my go-to spot for facials is the aesthetician, Katlyn. She is hands down the best in town. The reason I never go elsewhere for facials is her exceptional ability to understand my skin’s needs and perform the necessary extractions with unmatched precision. No one does it as well as she does. As long as she’s at this spa, I’ll remain a loyal customer. Plus, the front desk staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience.

I was very tense and felt almost sick before the massage. After the massage, I felt refreshed, pampered, and energized. The massage therapist was very attentive and took good care of me. Thanks.

I was gifted a romantic couples massage for my birthday and my fiance and I were blown away. We had Sisi and Victoria and they did an amazing job. We let them know about our horrible past massage experience and they both catered to our needs and put good faith back into getting massages. The lunch was also fabulous and the perfect touch 👌 10/10 experience!

Hosted a group of 11 ladies at the spa. All received a facial and a massage. Each therapist was incredible, paying close attention to each person's individual needs, and ensuring everyone had the most enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and so helpful. They were able to accommodate our add ons and extra requests without issue, and were so willing to help! We also enjoyed their package that included lunch after our services, the young lady who served us was so polite and caring. The food was delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The spa has a nice ambiance and the staff is friendly, but it’s very expensive. I paid $239 for a dermaplaning session, a serum, and a mask. The price felt quite high for what I received compared to Skin clinics.

From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in a cocoon of relaxation and luxury. Every aspect of my visit was meticulously crafted to provide the utmost pampering and rejuvenation and Milla (front desk) was MARVELOUS!!!! Milla...you are beautiful and your professionalism and kindness was bar none my friend. Firstly, the facial by Jewels was nothing short of transformative. Her expertise and gentle touch left my skin glowing and radiant. I felt like a new person as she skillfully addressed my skincare concerns with personalized attention. Next, the nurturing massage by Liz was a dream. Her intuitive hands seemed to melt away all the tension and stress I had been carrying. Each stroke was like a symphony of relief, leaving me in a state of pure bliss and tranquility. And let's not forget the stellar body wrap by Lupe. It was a truly indulgent experience, as she expertly applied luxurious products that left my skin feeling silky smooth and deeply nourished. The attention to detail and care she exhibited were second to none. Overall, my day at New Serenity Spa was nothing short of magical. Sarah did an amazing job with deep tissue and my facial was excellent! The environment was very inviting and I learned of the dressing room which was very cute, clean and organized. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

This spa is amazing!! The relax/waiting room with all kinds of snacks, drinks, and comfy couches sets the perfect ambience. Everyone who works there is super welcoming and helpful too. I had a facial with Andrea, who was super sweet and gentle. She gave me good advice for my skin type and any concerns. I've been coming here for years, and no other spa compares. Highly recommend!

This was such a great experience! I haven’t had a facial in forever & on the last day of school I decided to treat myself while my kids were at school and go get a facial. Omg my skin hasn’t looked or felt so good in such a long time, it was wonderful! Please book an appointment with them, you won’t be disappointed I promise!

This is a wonderful location with a great relaxing vibe. In particular, I have enjoyed the both the deep and serenity massage they offer and I have seen Caitlyn S. for both and found her top notch. She provides an excellent balance of firmness and targets just where I need work very effectively even when I have just 60 minutes but it's always a treat to get a 90 minute session!

From being out of state, I saw this had a good review and I made my appointment for a facial. The staff was amazing and Rebecca who did my facial did so well and I was extremely satisfied!! She gave me lots of tips on my skin. It was also very clean and relaxing! If you are wanting to get a facial come here and enjoy your time they make it to where you don’t want to leave!!

I was unhappy with my basic facial which felt like just a mild scrub and moisturising session. The manager David gave me an option to return and see Yazmin for an upgrade oxygeneo facial. She was wonderful. Thank you Yazmin and David
