Staff is nice went for my first cut there and it was terrible very choppy a lot shorter it looks like someone just grabbed some scissors and started just cutting away anywhere they pleased

I had a wash cut and blow dry done here for myself and my daughter and we left feeling and looking beautiful. I haven't gotten a blow out like this one in a while. I highly recommend this salon.

Hace una semana fui a hacerme keratina la verdad que el servicio fue muy bueno y muy amables todas. Después de una semana ya la keratina no está, tengo trozos del pelo que no están alisados y pagué bastante en tal esto no me gustó. La keratina debería de durar más .

I booked a wash, deep conditioning, rollerset and silk press, for my daughter. Since I couldn't take her, She told them what she wanted, AGAIN. They kept pressuring her on having only a blowdry, saying, heat damage ect.. mind you, her hair has Botox. They ended up doing what they wanted because at this point, her anxiety was through the roof. I was at work and couldn't do anything about it. This is the end result when she got home and $85 later. They didn't even recommend a trim for her, as needed. I tried calling today, but they are closed. Avoid this salon at any cost. Pictures don't lie. I've been there a few yrs back and stopped. Now I remember why. Taking advantage of teenagers. I usually go to Salon Council. Excellent service there. Save your money and go elsewhere

"I recently had my hair done at new trends hair salon & spa , and I couldn't be happier with the results! The stylist was attentive and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Quede encantada con la atención y la manicurista Jasmin, hace hermoso trabajo y muy juiciosa en lo que hace, pienso regresar. La recepcionista Leda es muy agradable y Judit hace un masaje que te relaja y te hace olvidar cualquier problema que tengas.

The place is very nice and clean. It has a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Wanda did my hair. I had a keratin treatment. She is very professional and knew the type of product I needed for my hair. I am very pleased with the overall experience. My hair looks nice and silky. I would definitely recommend New Trends Hair Salon.

This salon is my worst experience as I had an appointment for a keratin treatment and the girl who "served" me burned me to the point of arriving a week after the keratin treatment to get an exfoliation!!!! no professionalism, rudeness and no interest for the customer and for his work!!! And I paid an extra $30 for my long hair??? How much does the store pay if it burns us??? Be very careful who you trust to take care of you!!!!!

ELIANY NO TRABAJA AHÍ! Le están mintiendo a los clientes y tomando citas para ella sabiendo que ella no está ahí ya. Yo pedí un cita con Eliany la misma semana y Yoly me tomo la cita y me puso con otra persona que yo no pedí. No supe esto hasta llegar y me mintieron y me dijeron que ella tuvo una emergencia y por eso tenía que ser con otra persona. Me mostraron el libro y ya lo tenían anotado que yo me iba a hacer con otra peluquera llamada Grisaida desde el principio. Ella no sabe como usar el producto Black Diva y lo tuvo que repetir dos veces y con todo y eso quedó horrible. Yo solo me hago keratina con Eliany y como me mintieron tuve que aceptar a otra persona que obviamente no sabe lo que está haciendo y hasta peliaba conmigo porque yo le decía que así no se hace. Estoy muy molesta y además me cobro mucho más de lo normal cuando yo traje mi propio producto. Quedo malísimo! Miren la foto para que vean cómo quedo después de aplicar el producto porque ella insistió que no se le aplica calor. Yoly le miente a los clientes y Grisaida no sabe nada de keratina Black Diva. No se peinen aquí. ELIANY DOESN'T WORK THERE! They are lying to clients and taking appointments for her knowing she is not there anymore. I made an appointment with Eliany the same week and Yoly made the appointment and put me with another person that I didn't ask for. I didn't know this until I arrived and they lied to me and told me that she had an emergency and that's why I had to be with someone else. They showed me the book and they already had it written down that I was going to get another hairdresser named Grisaida from the beginning. She doesn't know how to use the Black Diva product and she had to repeat it twice and yet it still turned out horrible. I only get keratin done with Eliany and since they lied to me I had to accept another person who obviously doesn't know what she is doing and she even fought with me because I told her that that's not how it's done. I am very upset and she also charged me much more than normal when I brought my own product. I look terrible! Look at the photo to see what it looked like after she did the keratin, it was still totally coarse and did not take because she refused to apply heat. Yoly lies to clients and Grisaida doesn't know anything about Black Diva keratin! Do not go to this salon!!

I absolutely love this salon!!! I needed my hair extensions removed urgently and the ladies at New Trends Hair Salon were able to accommodate me and were so welcoming. Yoly, the salon owner is the sweetest and makes sure her clients are fully satisfied with the services. Judith did an amazing job washing my hair and massaging my scalp. Dania, who is now my go to hairstylist was amazing when it came to removing my k-tip hair extensions. She was so gentle with the removal. She was honest and gave me the best hair tips. I asked for a haircut as well because it had been a while since I had my last cut and I LOVED what she did. I am now rocking my extension free hair confidently thanks to her! I highly recommended this salon!

Words can not express how fabulous this salon is! I used them for the first time today and my hair dresser Dania listened to what I wanted and my hair came out perfect (I love it!). I couldn't be happier. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!!

Do not go to this salon. Terrible service. They damaged my daughters beautiful hair. I went in for a blow dry and hair style and when my daughter washed her hair it started falling out. This hair salon puts chemicals in their shampoo without asking you. Totally damaged my daughters hair. Horrible service.

Love this place, very professional and kind. They're able to get my mixed 3A-4A curly hair bone straight. I've been going to this salon for eight years now. When I want to feel and look different but feel sexy, this is where I go.
