Absolutely love my haircut! First, the hair washing and scalp massage was luxurious and relaxing. Then Ben took the time to give me the best haircut I think I’ve ever had. I have thin, fine hair with cowlicks going all over the place, and he gave me a cut that works WITH my hair! He was recommended to me by several friends, and I’ll be telling everyone about this salon!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff are incredibly friendly! They took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions to make sure I’d leave satisfied. Their patience stood out the most—no rush at all, even close to their closing time! The pricing was very reasonable for the excellent quality of service provided! If you’re looking for a salon with talented professionals, fair pricing, and an overall enjoyable experience, I highly recommend this one!!!

Ben cut my hair and he was so professional and kind. I have thin curly hair and he knew exactly the style that was best for me. I love it so much!

I recently moved to Memphis from Orlando. I'm accustomed to high-end salons, and was flying back to Orlando to get my hair done for quite sometime until I found this top-notch salon. New York Hair has pleasant and unassuming vibe, along with professionalism, attention to detail, and making me feel like the most important customer in the world. Strongly Recommend!!

they didnt listen AT ALL they gave me a different haircut then i wanted. i have back to school soon and i look like the mom from bao. this has happened so so so many times they never listen to me and i feel like they just take creative control. THEY NEVER LISTEN TO THE REFERENCE. im actually so mad right now

I just got diagnosed with cancer and I went in there to do something crazy with my hair they spent a extra hour after closing there to make sure I loved it.

Went in for a haircut but he barely cut anything off. Told them I did NOT want it straight across and that’s exactly what he did. Told him I wanted it layered and shaped around my face. Did the complete opposite. Charged $40 for a cut but wouldn’t let me leave until I paid a tip. $50 down the drain for NOTHING.

Always come here to get my haircut. This is the best place to go for a chop, especially if you have asian hair. No other places were doing what i wanted, the guys that cut my hair always do me right. You can also just show them a picture and they replicate it pretty well. One of the best parts is that they wash your hair after the haircut free of charge, which is a nice plus and they will even style it for you. The price is also good, they take their time and make sure your hair is looking great!

I went in there for a trim, however they cut my hair way too short even though I said I specifically said I didn’t want short hair. He also thinned out my hair even though I never asked for that.

First of all I had an appointment but I guess they take walk-ins before appointments because I had to wait an hour for three people who will walk-ins. They stated they were busy. So don't bother making an appointment. Ben butchered my hair, it will take months to get it back right. Pathetic
