Lily was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and kind, truly listened to what I wanted, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She was incredibly attentive, and I had such a great experience from start to finish. And my toes? So cute! I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend Lily if you’re looking for a nail tech who goes above and beyond!

My experience at New York Nails was amazing! I went on a Friday and was able to get amazing service on my nails & lashes! Reina and her husband are wonderful owners and really took amazing care of me! The girl who did my nails was wonderful and very articulate which I loved! She also ended up doing my lashes! You all have found your new favorite customer in Dallas! Can't wait to be back! So many compliments already on my nails & lashes! Thanks again!!

The customer service was great ! But that was it . I’ve gotten my nails done religiously for years and this is the worst set I ever had , not only that I spent almost $200 on a very basic set . My nails already falling off and it’s only been 4 days , I was charge 90 for a pedicure when she basically did nothing but put body scrub on my thighs . I spent $70 on a basic short black set of nails which were done horribly each nail is literally a different shape…. But customer service was great ! If only the work was I would def come back ! I still can’t get over how I spent almost $200 on complete trash they didn’t even last I’m so sick to my stomach :((

Got my daughter a simple gel color for her nails. Not a manicure just a color change. She told me $10 for a regular nail color change. How do you go from $10 to $40! Unbelievable never again!

I don’t think I’ve had a worse nail experience. I got a gel manicure and it only took 3 days for one of my nails to literally fall off. Then they just kept falling off for 2 weeks and I just kept gluing them back on until I gave up. Not to mention that the nail tech didn’t listen to what I wanted at ALL. I wanted a cream color with chrome and she gave me clear gel with sparkles. She also spent 75% of the appointment filing nails until they bled. Actually insane that they didn’t even last 3 days. I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience and will absolutely not be returning.

Such a great experience. Loved the atmosphere. Soon as you walk in you’re welcomed and serviced. A neck massage came with my pedicure. Will definitely be returning. Absolutely loved my brazilian wax as well, make sure you try them out.
