I don't live in the area but in the area frequently and like to get my hair done while husband is busy. I needed to find someone new because my previous person moved away. Working with someone new makes me nervous especially when making a big change. I made my appointment for Feb 1st. I'm writing this to say JEN did amazing! I showed her pictures of cuts and colors I was liking and took the time to ask me questions to understand what I was wanting. She took her time with me to get my cut and color perfect! She also explained how to was styling it and didn't turn me away from the mirror so I had a clue how to do it myself. Can't say it enough Jen knocked it out of the park! Please give her a high five for me!

I booked an appointment with Mariah. She did an excellent job cutting my hair. She was friendly while she was cutting my hair and shampooing my hair. She's a very kind person and very good at what she does. The prices are reasonable, and she does the best haircut I've ever had. She's also getting married soon. So if you're reading this review, I encourage you to schedule an appointment with Mariah.

Had recent haircut, really just wanted a trim, she took off more than 4inches,I was there less than 5 minutes, she didn't listen to how a I wanted my haircut, ( showed pictures she didn't even look at), supposed to be deal on day I went, I was over charged,asked on phone to get highlights was told they didn't have time, found out person after me was getting highlights Had a sweet young girl last time from up north but she wasn't there anymore, so disappointed ☹️

I went there with my boyfriend tonight! We both love our haircuts and said it is the best haircuts we’ve gotten on us! My stylist, Will, was super nice and did my hair exactly how I wanted it! And my boyfriend’s stylist, Tatum (I believe), was super nice as well and did his hair just how he wanted it!!

They didn't have my appt on-line. Had to move me up an hour. My short 10 minute TRIM cost $35.00. Saw on the site it was $13.00. The beautician said, "I received a womens hair cut." I will never go back.

Got a haircut here a few weeks ago. Now I'm waiting for some hair to grow back so I can get it fixed. Totally unbleded cut and there are short spots in my hair. Never going for a haircut at this location again. Edit: they did not, in fact follow up.

I have been going to Britney for a couple of years! She is amazing! She is very polite , courteous and knowledgeable about her work! She takes her time and values what her customers think and wants them to have an amazing experience and walk out with a big satisfied smile ! Would highly recommend her for your new style or color!

I went in for a hair cut and a style and the girl was 20 minutes late she was there but with another person she did not tell me she was running late . Then when she was cutting my hair she did not take off what I asked her to do I asked for short layers and above my shoulders she did neither 😢 I told her to forgo the style I wanted and just blow dry it and straighten it I had other places to be that I could not be late for . I went to another salon today to have it fixed and was told I had no layers and my hair was crooked .when I left I knew it was not right but I did not have time to worry about it .

So, I have given this place many chances. I’ve had a couple of good experiences, but way too many bad ones. Yesterday I needed a haircut as I’m going out of town for a funeral. I was driving by and saw no one was in the parking lot. Mind you this was 2:30 PM. I went to the door and it was locked. A guy came to the door, unlocked it and said they were closed. I said according to your website, they are open from this time to this time. And I’ve started to turn around to leave. He then asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment with my response was no. I find it hard to believe that you can’t get a haircut in Green Bay without an appointment. Especially as there was nobody else there it was only 230.

I went to get my haircut here a couple of weeks ago. I was scheduled with Will and I believe the other person that was working, i think her name was Cassandra (I’m so sorry if i’m wrong!). I showed Will the style that I wanted and he was very open and honest about not knowing how to do layers and asking for help. They both were extremely sweet to my little girl and very patient and polite. Will did an amazing job and the lady that helped him was very sweet and taught him how to do different techniques. Personally, I thought these two made such a great team and I’m super happy I got to be a test for Will because he’ll only become a better hairdresser and it truly makes him stronger. Please don’t ever forget that sometimes you have to do something you’re not comfortable with so others can learn and grow to be even better!

I had karissa she was amazing. She did a spiral perm. And it came out so beautiful. Highly recommend her and her business. I'm very picky on who does my hair. She will be doing my hair from now on. U won't be disappointed

Went in for a cut and color and while I loved the cut and my stylist was a sweetheart, there were a couple aspects I wasn't satisfied with. I talked to the owner and she was so very sweet and professional. She made sure to fix the issue immediately. Couldn't be happier with the staff at this place, just very respectful and understanding. Always remember! If you aren't happy, be NICE and talk to someone. Awesome owners will be awesome.

I got my hair done by Sammy and she did a great job for a good price. She left NewStyle in Suamico so yesterday I had a different gal Stephanie. She did the exact same thing as Sammy did but charged me $60 more than what Sammy charged me. She did a great job but the $60 price increase was absurd. I inquired about it and all she had to say what’s “ Sammy didn’t change you enough.” Very disappointed, will never go back.

I went to the salon hoping to get my hair deep conditioned and straightened as my hair is pretty curly and benefits from a deep moisturizing. First of all, the lady who was doing my hair did not preform a deep conditioning- she shampooed and conditioned my hair, washing the product out right away. She did not let the conditioner sit in my hair or put me under a hot dryer which is what is usually done when you get a deep conditioning treatment. It was very obvious she wanted to speed through my hair service. As soon as she brought me over to the chair, she asked me, “Do they usually brush your hair?”. What kind of question is that. I don’t know who goes to a salon and does not get their hair brushed/combed. I told her yes. She seemed annoyed the entire time, ripping through my hair rapidly. My stylist did not talk to me the entire time. She continued to pour and spray excessive amounts of product in my hair which made it very greasy and not fresh looking. When she was finished straightening my hair, she did not even part it or attempt to. When I left, I found multiple areas of my hair that were left wavy. This experience was a complete waste of time and money, and this stylist needs to step up the quality of her work and customer service skills immensely.
