Made appointment one week prior, got to the appointment 10 min early, waited 30 min and no one acknowledged me. Said something to a gal working and she could of cared less

If i could put 0 stars I would. Had an appointment for my son at 1:15pm, I even have a text to confirm. Walked in before 1pm Lisa said "Can I help you?" No hello, no welcome. Waited almost an hour because Lisa was working on someone on our appointment time, no communication no update no nothing. My son was pretty disappointed so we walked out. When i called she said, no your appointment was last week then changes her story to your appointment was at 1:30pm. I have the text to prove our appointment date and time! The absolute worst service!

Absolutely loved Morgan! She did an amazing job on my partial highlights! I love how they turned out and she maintained a happy attitude! She mentioned she loves to do highlights so I knew I could trust her. 10/10

Morgan and Cora have been cutting/coloring my hair for the past 2 years. I haven’t been disappointed at all, and their fashion colors turn out wonderfully. I pretty much refuse to have anyone else do it. ☺️

Excellent customer service! My daughter came in to remove self applied blue hair color that just wouldn't come out after several months (we've now learned one of the most difficult colors to wash out!) and Lisa stayed late after regular closing using several methods to her back to her natural color. Great results! Thank you Lisa and New Styles for the personalized service! We will be back.

I went to get my hair cut yesterday and a man named Will helped me. He was very nice and asked how I was doing, made conversation, etc. However, my trim took nearly an hour and turned out terrible. I asked for some thinning and some more textured layers. He only thinned one side of my head, and pulled/ ripped my hair in the process which really hurt. My face framing and layers are uneven in length on one side versus the other. I'm bummed because I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Now I am out $35 and have to go and pay someone else to fix this.

so I called Suamico to see if they could squeeze me in for a cut today. The person on the phone said they did not but Green Bay on Mason Street did. I haven’t had good luck there but I figured I would just shave it again if it was bad. I was greeted at the door by Will, He sat me down and we chatted about life in general, before I knew it I had the best haircut I have EVER received. I didn’t have to ask him to do one thing. He was thorough, and I am a happy camper. Again, best hair cut ever. Nice job Will.

Awesome, got my hair cut off for the second time and it looks great. Also got a dye job that was nice, got a little head massage getting it rinsed so that was great. My favorite salon here.

It’s always a Gamble going here. Sometimes they cut my hair right and other times they cut it awful. And this is the time they did cut it awful.

Went and got my son a haircut which they didn't even give him the right cut also the one he received is uneven for $15 what a joke would not recommend.

Got my Daughters hair highlighted for her Birthday and Marissa did a Wonderful Job. I usually see Cora my self and she does a great job also.

It seemed like a good start because they got me in a timely manner. I ended up going in to have them high light my hair. It took 4 hours for them to lighten, partial high light, and cut my hair. The longest I've sat in a chair was 2 1/2 hours before. I could have been more okay with that but unfortunately you couldn't really tell much was different besides the cut I received. The worst part was how they bad talked potential clients. I was the only customer in the store but they were rude about discussing two or three people that had called. They both seemed either bored or bothered at times. I tipped the girl well because of how long I was there. Overall a disappointing experience and will not be returning.

WENDY was great! I got a tri colored mermaid ombre (Lavender, light blue & teal) She nailed it! I got 5 compliments just on my way home! I'm happy that I found a location in the area that the stylist are comfortable doing bould & fun colors with confidence! Very reasonably priced, I will be back!!

I will never go back went to get a haircut 3 stylists standing around and had to wait over an hour there was no people with appts showing up but still had to wait
