The best Medical Spa. I lost inches & pounds. I am so grateful to the professional estheticians at New You Weston for the Endosphere, Cryotheraphy and Cavitation treatments which along with drinking water, healthy eating and exercise have boosted my metabolism and given me the confidence at 61 to have several pageant titles. I absolutely adore Roy, Catherine, Diana & Paula have been AMAZING! Do not forget ask about the Infrared light treatment for face & neck….

Had my introductory Cool Sculpting treatment with DIANA today and the experience was amazing. Diana is a consummate professional who is knowledgeable and very pleasant. The ambiance was awesome, pristine clean, very relaxing. The Owner, Roy was very helpful and took the time to explain the services and pricing. I am very pleased with New You Medical Spa and look forward to my next visit. Great place that I highly recommend.

The staff were all amazing! My facial therapist, Diana, was absolutely amazing. She took her time to explain every step. Was patient and professional. Oran, was super awesome as well. She helped me pick out the best plan and did an amazing job at explaining things to me. She made me feel welcome as well. The establishment was clean, organized, and smelled so good when you walk in. I would definitely recommend “Newyou Medical Spa” to anyone. Will 100% be coming back! Thank you both Diana and Oran for an amazing experience and for making things so comfortable! My experience at this medical spa was simply exceptional, especially with the Cryotherapy treatment. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Georgia at the front desk. Her professionalism and friendliness made the check-in process quick and seamless. Georgia ensured I felt comfortable and welcomed, explaining all the details of the Cryotherapy treatment and patiently answering all my questions with great knowledge. I then had the pleasure of being attended to by Dayana, the therapist in charge of my Cryotherapy treatment. Dayana proved to be a true expert in her field. From the start, she made me feel relaxed and secure with her professional approach and calm demeanor. Dayana explained each step of the Cryotherapy treatment, ensuring I understood its benefits and what to expect. Overall, my visit to this medical spa was outstanding, thanks in large part to Georgia and Dayana. Their exceptional service and dedication to their roles made my experience memorable. I highly recommend this medical spa to anyone seeking top-notch Cryotherapy treatment and care.

Ordinarily I would just leave the stars but I’m hoping the owner reads and learns from feedback. First impression of the facility is nice. Diana the technician is fantastic! Knowledgeable, very customer centric and kind. As for the front desk and receptionist or sales rep working the desk. It was a terrible experience. First to sell someone on a package or tool you should not insult them by telling them “you need this, look at this on your face”. Secondly answering the phone “hello” like it was an inconvenience for them to pick up, didn’t say New You Med Spa and then say I have to call you back” is just bad customer service. Thirdly, scheduling is not communicated clearly, along lack of clear package cost and lack of itemized receipts is a problem. Appointment times are text differently than discussed. Most times Diana the tech had to come in and help explain the type of appointment. I realize this is a new spa but to be successful your customer service personnel at the door will put a sour note on anyone coming in. It’s unprofessional? Unorganized stressful at the end. I have called multiple times, emailed and treated very rudely. I have tried to cancel future visits and requested a refund which has still not been processed. Very disappointed.

I want to thank "NewYou Spa" for helping me become a New Me! I have been struggling with my abdominal area for a long time and finally got the courage to do something about it. I am on my third cryo treatment, and the results are amazing. The staff is professional, and I highly recommend them!!!
