I got my hair braided and it came out nicely, my issue is with the braided herself i know it can be a lot from the pandemic and whatever but when had my appointment all she did was talk about how she hated her job and how she rather do something else. her energy was negative and i believe it rubbed off on me. It was my first time getting knotless braids just not a good experience. I wanna get my hair braided again but now I'm slightly nervous, i now know that who ever touches my hair BETTER have passion and love for what they do not nasty energy.

I went a little early to get my hair my grandson was with me...he goes mostly everywhere with me. He is well kept. I arrived early thinking I can look at some of the hair. Big as day on the door was posted no kids allowed no exceptions...my appointment was at 3pm so I sat around all day in anticipation that I would have my hair done. If this was mentioned which I didn't think to ask I would of been able to book somewhere else but it was so late in the day nobody was taking walkins ..very disappointed in the customer service

Friendly atmosphere!!! Everyone is so welcoming and always have a smile on their face!!! Every worker can do SOME HAIR,whether it's braids,natural,short,you'll get what you want. But most of all,the conversations that you'll have........... they will leave you with soooooo much more than hair,to think about!!!! I totally lioooove their vibes!!!!! Next level you ladies ROCK!!!!

All of the women here are so down to earth, knowledgeable, and all around sweet. I especially want to thank Jay she is hands down one of the best hair stylist in Cincinnati and the fact that she continues her education why also being able to do things like using marcels are awesome. Thank you so much for beautifying me and being such a lively sweet person while doing it. My one and only hairstylist period!!!!!!

Rameco is an hair god! He will get you together in a timely manner. He is the best! As for the salon it's self, it is always nice and clean. The other stylist are professional and do great work as well.
