Vincent and his crew are the most amazing colorists and stylists ever!! One of the most important things when you move to a new city is finding somebody who can do your hair! Vincent made for my transition to Philadelphia so smooth I love him to pieces!

Haircut many months ago, but your girl has time today… I went to Vince once or twice before and all was well. Booked with a lady the next time around since Vince was busy. She completely butchered my layers. It was so apparent - even my friend whom I met up with right after noticed that it didn’t look right. I went back to Vince within the week to get it corrected and was very grateful he cared enough to squeeze me into his busy schedule. The reason for the 3 star deduction and why I won’t ever be returning however is because he ended up charging me. I basically had to pay twice. As a business owner myself, customer satisfaction is top priority. I would never charge an unhappy client to fix something that my staff did. Disappointed in the greed and poor decision on his part. Additionally, it’s taken at least 5-6 months to grow out these choppy layers. Leaving 2 stars for the cleanliness and aesthetic of the salon. Also, everyone there is generally nice.

Everyone here is excellent for men's haircuts and the price is affordable, people are kind, and hours are easy to accommodate.

Got an absolutely incredible haircut. The hairdresser understood immediately what I wanted and I left with one of the best haircuts of my life. A week later my wife is still telling me how great it looks.

Helen was the person who cut my hair and she did a amazing job! I asked for curtain bangs with a inspo picture and she matched it almost perfectly! Shes very talkative and sweet! I totally recommend her!

These guys are so unprofessional. They cut it nice the first time and then take shortcuts the next visits. I have wavy/curly hair and they used thinning scissors. You’re not supposed to do that. And when I got a balayage they put the heat on real high to speed up the process without asking. I’d rather go to a school to get cut by students.

Not respectful of appointment times. Waited around for 20 minutes with no updates and eventually had to get on with my day. Had gotten a couple of cuts previously which were, well, okay. I wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of other excellent and courteous salons in Bella Vista/Queen Village.

My client was the very satisfied customer on her 1st appt. She had a wash, blow dry, and trim. All for $28!!! Very nice looking salon and Jennifer is VERY popular. The entire time I sat and watched before and afters. Nice job stylists! She made another appointment before we left the establishment.
