I have been a loyal customer of NG Spa for several years now, and I honestly wouldn't prefer to go anywhere else for skincare services. They offer a wide range of treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, and other services tailored to specific needs. The service is exceptional, and the staff is always welcoming. The relaxing and comfortable atmosphere makes every service a luxurious experience. What I love most about NG Spa is that all the services are personalized to suit my needs. I simply love coming to this spa; I come at least once a month. I noticed a huge improvement in my skin after my first visit. The staff specially Nelisa is very professional, very friendly and she will never recommend you a treatment that she has not tried herself or if is not going to work for you. I highly recommend it. This was my first time coming to this spa. First impression. Very welcoming, professional, polite and clean place. I got the deep pore facial since i wanted to get rid of my blackheads. It was not a relaxing facial because of the removing of the blackheads and i felt like everything was getting done back to back so i couldn't relax myself. That being said she did an amazing job and i thank her!! She even gave me some oxygen for free! She said for me to go back in 3 weeks if i liked it and i do like it. I would love to go back but just for a relaxing facial once a month but i dont see an option for that. Like a basic facial in between your regular deep cleaning. I just don't like to mess with my face much so a peel...deep pore facial isn't something i would do each month or pay for. Maybe twice a year.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this place. I had booked to get a massage ahead of time. I had booked it for the day before my wedding. My appointment was for 5:30pm and I had received an email to confirm my appointment the day before. I was looking forward to get my massage I receive a phone call 30 min before my massage from the receptionist telling me that the masseuse was on vacation that my appointment was canceled. I was so livid! 1) first they should have checked their calendar to make sure the clients they had booked for sessions. 2) very irresponsible to call 30 min before the appt to cancel 3)they called really late which affected searching for another location to reserve for a massage. 4) great thing the Spa (narcisses spa) at the end of the block made the exception and took me and gave me a massage. I was very stressed and exhausted and wanted to have a relaxing moment.

Every time without fail, I have a good experience. I’m greeted and treated with complimentary coffee or tea. Nelissa is the best hands down! She is passionate about her work and recommends products that benefit you and not the company. Know your skin is in good hands. You will not regret it!

It was my first time coming here. I got a deep pore cleansing facial. The experience was smooth and not painful for me. Nelissa was very helpful and made my experience very comfortable I will definitely come back. On top of that I received coffee and felt very much at home. The prices are very reasonable.

Let me start off by saying Nelisa is extremely professional which is one of the many wonderful reasons why I continue to go to her even after moving out of state. When I first started coming to her I had cystic acne and alot of dark marks and now a year later I am truly falling in love with my skin. She is gentle but those extractions get done effectively! She takes her time you don’t feel rushed and I never leave without tips for keeping my skin glowing 🥰 She is truly a gem and she loves what she does! Thank you Neliza! 100% recommend !

My first facial was in September 2020. My experience has always been great coming here. I get facials here 1-2x a month depending on my needs. I have noticed a difference with my acne. My face had a bad break out and sometimes it’s just Hormonal, stress or those mask. Coming consistently has help me maintain control of my acne. Nelissa is very understanding and professional she always ask what your goals are so definitely ask questions.
