I decided to try a new nail shop and I was basically interrogated upon walking in with questions like what shape, what color and then the infamous “YOU DON’T WANT TOO LONG DO YOU”? So I’m a black lady so the fact that she assumed I’d want super long crazy nails was highly offensive to me for some reason. Never assume! Obviously I left.

Tiffany is the BEST! I'm VERY picky about pedicures!! Excellent care for my feet. Good massage chairs, foot and leg massage. Great prices too. $38 for a deluxe pedicure

I only gave a 1 star because 0 starts wasn’t an option! The man that was going to do my nails was so rude and obnoxious. Yelling at me and talking to me rudely. The last time I went I gave them a 5 star because the female tech was so kind and made me feel really welcomed. This past weekend the man was a jerk!

I used to love going here, but their service has gone way done. The last time I paid $70 for pedicures for myself and my daughter, they didn’t even give us a massage at all!

I went here for the first time today. I received excellent service and less expensive than where I normally go. I did not get my tech's name, but she was very patient and understanding with me and my bad knee. I most definitely will be going back. Thanks Nice Nails for excellent service.

I wish that I could give them 0 stars!! My daughter went to get a pedicure on yesterday and the young lady that was supposed to be giving her a pedicure was talking so much that she cut my daughter’s toe so bad that it wouldn’t stop bleeding!! We’re now giving her antibiotics to ensure that it doesn’t get infected. Do yourself a favor and think SAFETY first, drive pass Nice Nails and make the drive to another nail salon. STAY AWAY FROM NICE NAILS!!! They’re irresponsible and they don’t pay attention to detail. My daughter won’t be able to get a pedicure for at least a month while this deep cut heals!!! I’m so mad 😡🤬

My 3rd time @Nice Nails but 1st time w/Sam and he seems nice, patient, confident and passionate about his work. He gave a small suggestion after looking at the nails (shape & amount of acrylic applied to my size hands) I had on and listening to what I did not like. Sam suggested coffin shaped nails and took my line of work into consideration while doing the length. He definitely have an eye for this. My favorite part of it all is that he delivered better than I expected! 👏🏾 Thank you Sam! I will be returning …to you! 😏

My daughter went here today and the nails are terrible. They are bumpy and look like a child painted them. Her being young didn’t know to ask them to fix them. She just paid the $70 and left.

Hannah did an awesome job. I got the basic pedicure with gel polish. My feet were so smooth and healthy looking. She did a great job on the polish. I have arthritis in my feet and the massage was spot on. I worked away on cloud 9!! I have gotten the deluxe at other salons that were no comparison to the basic at Nice Nail.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review like this. I've been to this place twice. The first time was barely average. Decided to give them a second chance and it was awful. I asked her to trim my nails shorter and she proceeded to tell me why that was a bad idea. (I could understand very little.) Then she trimmed them anyway. If you're giving me advice, let's talk about it. But if you're going to mumble to yourself and then do it anyway, just keep your thoughts to yourself. Also, the worst part... she burnt my feet with the hot towels. They hurt for three days. She put the hot towels on my (which were already too hot) then she squeezed the towels down into my feet. Really hard. I involuntarily pulled my feet back because it genuinely burned them. Absolutely nuts. Why would you push down so hard on hot towels? As a side note, their customer service is awkward. And I had to trim a few of my toenails when I got him because she left a few sharp corners. Crazy to pay that much money to then go home and have to do some of the work yourself. I hate it but I won't be back.

The wait was long. I walked in and was greeted at the door. I was asked to wait for 30min, which I was fine with since there was no appointment. However, three people walked in after me that did not have an appointment as well and services was rendered on them first. I’m not going to throw the race card but……..

They are rude as hell. I walked in and asked if they were open. He said yes but I would have to wait. I said how long. He said 20 min. There were two people there but whatever. His tone did it for me. I won’t be back.

This place is disgusting! They are rude and they talk smack about you! They told another customer that I was Halloween ready because I chose black nails and talked about my hair!!! They overcharged me for services!! They did a horrible job on my nails and toes and my feet hurt when I left! 128 for a fill in and a basic pedicure! They are so wrong! Stay away from here!

This was my second visit to their salon and today I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The people were friendly and professional and the leg and foot massage was amazing! I will be back!

I went in on 9-9-21 for a spa pedicure. On 9-10-21 while getting dressed I noticed I had dry/dead skin still on my heel. I returned on 9-12-21 (they were closed 9-11-21)to have it corrected only to be told by the unprofessional/rude male employee that they don't remove dry/dead skin. Isn't that the purpose of a spa pedicure? I'm new to Georgia and will take my money where my satisfaction is valued. I wish 8 could post a picture. The sad part is we pay good money to these people.
