Our recent couples massage was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional techniques of Michelle and Mimi. Michelle’s approach was truly unique and unlike any other massage I’ve had before. Her expertise in tailoring the session to release tension and provide deep relaxation was remarkable. Deep tissue massage is the way to go! The atmosphere was serene and inviting, making it easy to unwind and fully enjoy the experience. This was a perfect treat for both of us, and we’re already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and personalized massage!

Booked a couples massage through their chat text option at short notice. I asked if there were any specials for couples massage, otherwise I could book the Groupon which was on promo for about $98, included 60 mins of massage and hot stones. The person that was helping me asked that I please don't purchase the Groupon and they will give me the same deal since im also a first time customer. By doing it this way, they pocket the $ in full rather than Groupon likely taking a portion if bought through the site. Anyway, I thought it was a reasonable ask and I wanted to support the business directly by not doing the Groupon and thought the booking process through their text chat was convenient. Fast forward to today, the day of appointment. My hubby and I walk in, a guy at the front couldn't find my reservation. I showed him the text. He pretty much said I don't know who you was helping me. Then when I brought up the text about the deal, he calls the owner Tommy who then he puts on the phone with me, basically says he can do $120 but not the promo price. If it wasn't my anniversary today, I would have raised this as a huge issue but I didn't want to just walk out at this point, even though now looking back, I should have. I said fine, I'll go with that "deal" which honestly was NOT a deal, because a 60 min massage was already $60/pp to begin with per their price list. I'm already irritated but whatever, we're there. He walks us to a small ass room, there was no aromatherapy fragrance in the air, there was no ambiance... should have seriously backed out, but I already gave him the prepayment. He didn't even explain what we needed to do, just walked us in and closed the door. We've been to plenty of massage spas before and we obviously know what we should do, but it's common practice to still verbally explain to your clients what your spa does. Fast forward to the masseuses.... they seemed nice. Then my masseuse asked if she could "walk" on my back. That's never happened before but I figured ok, must be a thing they do since I saw they do thai massages as well. I also noticed there were bars from wall to wall. Really weird. This lady did not just walk on my back, she was massaging my back with her feet, like slipping and sliding on her soles. Honestly I was too shocked to say anything at that point, at the end of the whole thing I was pretty grossed out, went home and showered again. Also, hot stones were NOT even used!!! Hot smelly towels, yes, but there were no hot stones like a couples massage was supposed to have. I'm never coming back. Ever. As I was leaving the guy who checked us in was trying to small talk and saying sorry about earlier he doesn't know who I was texting with and that he will for sure give me a discount the next time we come back. There is absolutely no going back. Save your money and go elsewhere. It was 1000% not worth the $120 for a couples massage that didnt even include hot stones, but come here if you like getting massaged by their feet. This place was just weird and felt sketchy overall. The masseuse who I won't name even asked me to give her a 5 star review. Sorry it's an overall 1 for me. P.s my husband didn't get the feet masseuse and he had no clue what I was going through, but he did get the back walk, but his masseuse kept a towel on his back the whole time she did it. Mine used my back as a slip and slide.

Stopped by for a massage and had Victoria take care of me for my session. Being a big person i usually ask for a hard massage and she delivered by relieving the tense muscle of my whole back. I left feeling rejuvenated and full of energy. Edit: 9-24 Came back to have a relaxing massage, this time I had Michelle take care of me. I had a very pleasant relaxing massage. I fell asleep about 2 times within the hour session.

This was not a great first experience. I would like to mention the one positive of this establishment and that is that they have very kind and welcoming staff. Me and my boyfriend registered for a couples massage. We reserved over the phone for 2pm and the receptionist had stated our reservation had been set for 2:30. However, another couple came in soon after us saying they scheduled their appointment for 2:30 and were asked to return at 4pm. After a total of 45 minutes of waiting, we finally got in. We didn’t mind waiting as we left ample time for our plans in the evening, but the first impression was iffy. Since it was a first massage for both of us, we were uncertain of the process. They put us in a room and said to get ready. After a few minutes of waiting, I walked out to ask for more thorough instructions. I did not know the massage would entail almost fully undressing, and upon their entrance, they moved my towel completely off and changed its direction. I understand if it was put the wrong way it needed to be corrected, but some communication prior to that would’ve been nice. She also pulled the towel half way down my butt and preceded to massage my upper back, so I don’t understand why there was a need to position the towel in that way. I took little peaks at my boyfriend throughout the massage and saw his masseuse with her body completely on top of him (legs spread wide open over his back massaging his lower back and her feet positioned by his ears. Not to mention she was wearing an oversized t-shirt so it looked like she wasn't wearing any bottoms (To be honest I’m not even sure if she was). That outfit while seated on top of him looked extremely inappropriate. Upon looking later throughout the massage, she had her entire lower region seated over my boyfriend’s head while she massaged his back. There were also rods on the ceiling where she used her feet to massage his back and scratched him with her toenail. In addition, when applying the massage oil, she’d regularly in it between his legs. I spoke to a friend who took massage courses and informed me that they are prohibited from getting on top of clients, and the most they can do is apply pressure with their elbows. This masseuse also regularly giggled throughout the 60-min massage which now tells me she probably knew she was crossing boundaries as I was instructed to place my face was down for the majority of the massage. Though my boyfriend wouldn’t see what she was doing throughout the massage and we were uncertain of the process of how massages are conducted, I felt boundaries were extremely crossed and regret not having us walking out of that massage. Also, upon finishing the massage, one of the masseuses asked for a tip. Feeling obligated, my boyfriend gave them a $10 tip and the masseuse said, “Ohh, only $10? Okay….”

I just had a 90 minute massage with May that was deep tissue and Thai stretching. This was one of the best I have ever had. The knots I went in for are out and even the ones I didn’t know about are gone. She checked in with me regularly as well on pressure. It was a fantastic experience and I will be back often.

My husband and I came in for a couples massage. Our experience was great! We had just came back from a camp trip very sore. Susan and Michelle had great pressure! So good, my husband and I fell asleep at times.. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and quiet. Very relaxing and stress free. We plan to come back for more massages! Thank you Nice spa for your amazing service!

I experienced the best massage I’ve ever had at Nice Massage. Victoria worked out stubborn knots I’ve had in my shoulders and back for probly over 15 years. She is clearly a very skilled masseuse and she initiated two way communication to make sure to put extra focus where it was needed. No doubt I’ll be back.

The BEST massage I’ve ever had! Honestly I was very skeptical of the place however, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful but Victoria the Masseuses was communicating and effective really worked out knots and problem areas. Also very educational for understanding my pain areas and how to handle them better. I definitely recommend calling ahead for an appointment but I am absolutely going back! 💪🏽🌊

Today I had 90 minutes massage because I had really bad back pain and it was hard to move my shoulders around. Thank you Victoria for a strong massage it feels all my muscles are relaxed and all the knots are away. Once again thanks a lot and I will be back again

Absolutely an amazing place for a massage. There level of skill and getting the knots out are exceptional. Honestly they apply pressure that get deep down into the muscles, but well worth it and felt amazing the day after. I will definitely be retuning for massages.

Came here for a couple's massage for my husband and myself. I am a massage veteran and my husband is a newbie. The massage therapists, a man named Sean and a woman named either Candy or Cathy treated us to a wonderful adaptive session unlike any I have had before. Despite the language barrier, Cathy was kind and gentle, doing exactly what I requested (Swedish with essential oil). I do wish she applied more oil in between because sometimes the skin would be dry too fast (I blame the winter!) and there were some times the flow would end up pinching a little bit here and there. But the technique was perfect. My husband had Sean, and this is where the magic was. Sean is a fluent English speaker and clearly high up in this spa as he proceeded to do an incredibly professional intake and session. After getting a general idea of my husband's health and activity levels, he asked him for permission to do a customized array of modalities tailored to his problem areas. This was no ordinary couple's massage! While I wish it was more of a relaxing session, my husband said Sean was able to pinpoint exactly what he needed and in this case, it turns out his body needed a lot more of a therapeutic touch! I believe my newbie hubbie was treated to Shiatsu, deep tissue, and even orthopedic-style guided stretches - Sean was working insanely hard! Again - he is a sensitive person, so whenever it got too rough, Sean respected his boundaries and adjusted so he still got the musculoskeletal benefits while being gentle enough. We left the spa feeling refreshed, relaxed (me), and healthier (him). Wow! Never had a massage session go this way but we do not regret it. Loved the professionalism and the expertise. Great customer service at the end too by honoring our full session time even though there was a bit of a delay earlier. Highly recommend.

I didn’t like the fact that I called and asked for a pacific massages specialist, and they said they were in when I get there they were not. I don’t like to be lied to specially when the massage special is very good excellent excellent massage but the rest of the place not too good.

I went in today with my girlfriend for a 60 min. couple’s massage and had both Shawn & Kathy. Both were honestly really amazing and our bodies felt so relaxed and free after. I had a lower back pain and Shawn was able to go deep in for the massage and afterwards my back felt so great. Soon after the massage was done, Shawn gave helpful tips to keep our body in shape to avoid any future injuries and we had a nice water in the end to hydrate after. We will definitely be coming back soon !

My husband and I have had great experience here until today. I got a lady today that didn’t speak or understand English well. I’m giving her time to see if it gets better but it didn’t. It felt like I was just getting lotion rub on me. 3 times during my session I ask her to rub harder. But I thinking maybe she didn’t understand me. She did start rubbing a little harder but only for about 3 minutes. I ask her if their was someone else, but I guess she didn’t understand. I wasn’t mad at all I just wanted to get a massage. Anyways I spoke with someone on there phone. But they had no one else available. So she payed $20 on the table. At that point I knew it wasn’t gonna get any better. So we left. It hurt my feeling that it happened that way, but I’ll just take my business somewhere else. Worse experience I ever had in my life.

The best massage parlor hands down. I have a bad neck that would constantly give me problems. Started going here once a month and the neck issues have disappeared. Absolutely wonderful service.

Wow. Just wow. We ate here twice because you just can't beat it. Incredible service even though we were those people coming in an hour within close...THANK YOU GUYS! plus the view....can't beat that view and im not just talking about my partner ;) Oh and the rooms have SHOWTIME! BIG PLUS.
