Nick and his staff are professional and amazing at what they do- They are always pleasant , accommodating and SO nice ! My experience is ALWAYS exceptional and he is a master at color - I won’t go to anyone else ! If you’re looking for a luxury salon where you get exactly what you want - this is it !!

Adri does amazing work! The color, cut, and styling that I have consistently received is EXACTLY what I expect from my hairdresser! I am never disappointed! I have also received Brazilian Blowouts on a regular basis…… again, I have not been disappointed! I highly recommend Adri for any and all hair procedures. She listens to what you want, recommends according to your hair type, and makes beautiful hair happen!

I've been going to this salon for over two years and l've never had a negative experience! I highly recommend seeing Emily, especially. She never goes wrong with my hair! My 4 year old also recently had her very first hair cut ever with Emily and loved every minute. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in El Paso. 10/10! 🤍

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I went in excited for a hair change, but I ended up feeling let down. I guess I'm blind because the owner said the result was pretty close to the inspiration I provided, but it wasn’t at all what I expected. They offered a simple fix, and this was the result. The owner even suggested that I chose to be unhappy before my appointment, which felt completely illogical considering the money I spent. If this is something they cannot achieve for whatever reason, they should be transparent about it so I could make an informed decision. The owner offered to work with my hair, but after that comment, how could I trust that I would receive good service? This was supposed to be a positive change for me, but instead, it was a letdown.

Love this salon! The stylist are so talented and Nicholas is committed to ongoing training, keeping them up to date on all the latest trends. I look forward to getting my hair done by Nick and always leave feeling fabulous!

Delivers an expert, thorough assessment and executes the vision. Considering you, your preference, venture and investment valuable. my first haircut was great from the owner. Then my next haircut was horrible. Plus the owner was jumping between me and other client so he attention was divided. I won’t be going back. Sucks to pay $80 for a haircut just to have to go to another stylist to pay for them to fix the owners sloppy mistakes.

Great salon. Not only is everyone professional and talented but they are all about customer service. Due to a scheduling issue (my fault) I came on the wrong day and rather than letting me leave unpolished, Nicholas, Steph and Janice all came together to help me so I could continue my day with fabulous hair. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Nick for 5+ years. He listens to what I want, and I always feel/look better leaving the salon. I have been impressed with his various techniques, and I like how he continues to learn and improve. The salon is clean and decorated beautifully. He is my go-to!

I have been going to Steph at this salon for quite a while now and I wouldn’t have it any other way! She is extremely talented and focuses on the details. She is always able to deliver on what I’m asking for and isn’t afraid to tell me when something may not look the best on my hair type! I’m satisfied and confident after every appointment! I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a place to go 💕

Thank you to Steph and the hairstylist that she collaborated with for saving my hair. If I were staying in El Paso, she would have a forever client. I was ready to just shave my head after a botched cut, but I gave it one last chance and went to see Steph! Truly a pleasure and so sweet!

I am a first timer. I went in for a haircut with Sadee and I felt like I got the royal treatment. I’ve never had a haircut this nice before. She did an amazing job! You can tell she is very passionate about her work. Great experience and I’ll definitely be going back. 5 stars for the salon and for Sadee. All the other girls also seemed very nice and friendly.

A couple months ago I went to a different salon to get some natural highlights and they ended up making blonde. I had read so many good things about this salon so I had to give it a try. Janice was the sweetest! It is the first time I feel like a hairstylist listened to what I had in mind. My hair looks natural while also being voluminous and soft. Janice made me feel comfortable and you can see she truly cares about her clients. She has officially become the only person I trust to cut and color my hair. A true gem.
