Taylor did an awesome job on my hair! I’ve had so many bad colors and cuts before trying to find a good hairstylist. But Taylor is very talented and talks through everything you want done. I wanted a natural hairstyle that will grow out and blend and she gave me exactly that!

I took my daughter for her first professional wax this evening at Nico Spalon. She was nervous but the room was relaxing. Cammie was amazing! She gave Lexi the ultimate aesthetic experience pampered with gifts, her gentle touch and fun spirit! My girl said it was by far a 10 out of 10 experience! 😍

Skin by Cammie (Cammie Bowman) this visit was a truly therapeutic experience. I went in with a lot of tension and came out throughly relaxed and with a glow. I highly recommend Cammie to anyone needing a facial etc. she puts you at ease and is highly skilled. I can’t wait to go back.

I went in for a curly cut. I said I was looking for more volume at the top of my head. The stylist and I were both in agreement that the length of my hair was great and we shouldn't go shorter, just a trim. When I pulled my curls down, prior to my haircut, it went the middle of my back. The length of my hair is about 5-6 inches shorter, so my hair now curls up past my shoulders. When I saw myself in the mirror, my hair looked like an Afro mullet. I would say my hair now looks like a cross between Shirley Temple and a Chia pet. I am devastated and I am now going to have to straighten my hair out until it grows out. Very disappointed. I literally cry every time I see my hair in the mirror or when I touch and feel how short my hair is.

I got a body scrub and facial from Courtney and it was amazing!! She is extremely talented and so easy to get along with! My skin feels so hydrated and looks more glowy! I highly recommend Nico Spalon!

I had the pleasure of getting services from Tesla and Courtney. As soon as I walked into Nicos I felt the welcoming atmosphere all around me. Going to a spa can sometimes feel scary if you aren’t familiar with it. But not at nicos- I have become a repeated customer. I look forward to getting services from both of the lovely ladies mentioned! If you are in a new self love journey Nicos is the spa for you.

I've always been able to get a good haircut and/or style from the stylists at Nico. I have started going to Adam regularly and he does a great job! I would definitely recommend him for a good haircut.

So, to start things off I would like to say, that my experience wasn’t horrible… I’m leaving 1 star because I feel like I received a dishonest transaction because I paid for services I didn’t receive and wouldn’t have known better had I not had someone in my family who does hair professionally… (To far to drive to or I would have lol) The stylist did try to fix and somewhat succeed, what another salon did to my hair and what the other salon did was terrible… However, I spent $210 for the service and what was included with that was, maybe 10x foils, toner and the Milbon Moisture Treatment… I also tipped $20… Because as I stated previously the brassiness was pretty much gone when I was done… But my hair was in desperate need of the treatment and I thought after it didn’t really make much difference but I thought maybe that’s just because my hair was damaged… But turns out it’s because I received one step out of all the steps that should have been performed… And even though I didn’t expect it to be that much, I was told I was charged that amount because they have to spend a little more time with the highlights being more precise… So I was charged $100 for a all over color (which I didn’t receive) and $60 for accent highlights… The Milbon hair treatment was $50…Ok fine, I just wanted my hair fixed, though I did find out later was still an insane amount for the product used, time etc… I was not going to leave a bad review but have since found out that the Milbon hair treatment is a 5x step process and I was given a one step process with a box of 4x vials to take home to be used once a week… So I am very disappointed that all I received it seems is the cuticle sealer because no other steps were preformed… I will say I walked out with the brassiness color in my hair pretty much gone but I just don’t understand why the full treatment wasn’t given to me… I had not left any bad reviews at the other salon that messed up my hair either but also did today becuz I feel people should pay closer attention to the services they are receiving and I guess I should have asked my sister or google before paying for it… But I went off the description on their website… I just didn’t realize they were so independent steps… Not just 5x steps rolled into one which is I guess what I received…

I had my first hair appt at Nico’s and scheduled with Lexxi Grubb for a cut, highlights and eyebrow trim. She was fantastic. The color was exactly what I wanted and she styled beautifully. Lexxi is also very personable and easy to talk to. The Spalon itself is also great! I liked how easy it was to book online, the link to check in upon arrival and the kind customer service when you arrive and check out. I’m looking forward to trying other services, highly recommend both the Spalon and especially Lexxi!

The facial and the massage where like heaven my daughter said. Alec our hairdresser was amazing. He gave me lots of hair tips and tricks. She felt and looked beautiful when her spa day was done.

I have been a client for about 10 years. Anthony is a ROCK STAR who always makes me feel better for having seen him. The facility is, formerly a home, is impeccably maintained and clean. The outdoor landscaping is inspired and the seasonal decorations are a delight. And there is beautiful outdoor cat who provides entertainment and eventually, affection. Each visit is a calming experience. Thank you!

please do not go to that place, terrible service, Macy literally chopped my entire hair off, she did not follow my directions at all. one thing that was bugging me even during the hair cut, their mirror levels are higher than chair level, and you dont get to see the length being chopped off, i had to stand up multiple times during the hair cut to see how its being done. You only get to see it after the chopping off is done and there is no way back. very frustrated with thir service. I'll not recommend to anybody.
