Amazing place for a great massage. They are knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Very clean rooms, restrooms and lobby area. Extremely hygienic. The therapists do a wonderful job on massages!!!

I’ve recently came for a 60 minute massage the moment I came in the lady that barely knows English demands $20 on top of the $60 I paid for my massage. That right there was a red flag. That’s not the correct way to do business anywhere you pay after never beforehand. I will never go back to them again!! 0/10 I DO NOT recommend!!

Very strange... they don't speak English and insist on full nudity. The massage the good but all I could think about was the fact that no one but my mother has seen me that naked. I wasn't a fan but my friend that went with me loved it so it could just not be my cup of tea.

Crooks!!!! Communication is practically non-existant. Lady greeted me, barely said hello because of language barrier. Requested 90 minute massage. She kept repeating 60. I asked if she could do 90, she repeated 60. I said ok. She demanded payment prior to service. I saw her type in $63. I asked why? She said convenience charge. Said next time you pay cash. I wrote in a $3.00 tip on card line. She said no. 20. I said you haven't provided the service yet. She called the other woman from the back. She said she didn't speak English. The other woman appears from the back. She said $20 tip is required. *The tip minimum is not posted. I requested a refund. Wrote "refuse" on the original receipt. Waited on a voided sale receipt. Signed the merchant copy and left.

Had a full body massage with Karen....and she did absolutely an amazing job. I haven’t had a professional deep issue massage for years...this will def. be my long term massage place...If you go, please ask for Karen!!! You will not regret...

Holy Moley. I am 9 months pregnant and came in for a 30 minute reflexology session and it was mind boggling. I can't believe I waited so long to do this. Great pricing as well. I could come back everyday until I have the baby and then some. Wonderful!

I am 9 months pregnant, feet swollen so badly and aching; They were completely relaxed and back to normal size at the end of my 1 hour foot massage. This was my first time ever coming here and I took my fiancé. Completely satisfied with them! Remarkable work on my feet and I even got my fiancé to get a back massage as well. Best price for the time. I am DEFINITELY coming back!

I am so happy that Pure Relax has opened a second location on Monroe which is very convenient for me. The staff is warm and accommodating and the foot reflexology is by far the best I've experienced in Charlotte. The health benefits of reflexology are proven and the experience itself is so relaxing and healing. I am going to make this a monthly appointment and plan on sharing with my friends as well.

I have been visiting Pure Relax for over 5 years now. I visit Pure Relax both for massages and foot reflexology. At age 44, I still participate in Rec Sports. Pure Relax 2 is my go to spot if I ever pull a muscle or experience any pain. Karen has many techniques to relieve any pain I may experience. In addition, on occasion my feet get sore from wearing cleats or from stresses at work. Pure Relax 2’s foot reflexologists are always available any time my feet are sore. Highly recommended.

If I was able to submit zero stars I would!!! My mother and I had a reflexology appointment yesterday and we were anticipating a great experience. However, I was VERY disappointed with the customer service, cleanliness, inability for the employees to communicate and comprehend my questions/concerns. There were wet towels on the chairs in the reflexology area and when I mentioned (twice) to one of the employees (who was a male of Asian descent) he either didn't understand my question or completely ignored me. Additionally, the same male employee demanded that another customer pay a 30% tip. She expressed that she wasn't satisfied with the service and her massage was cut short by ten minutes. Therefore the tip was reflective of the service rendered. Disregarding her concern, the male employee was very persistent that she pay 30% tip. My mother and I decided to leave the establishment and will never return.

Michael gave me the most relaxing foot massage for a whole hour. Was a puddle of happiness after he was done. Have had massages all over Thailand, China etc. and this is the real deal. Such a great find!

I have been dealing with a syciatic pinch nerve for one year & going back n forth to Doctors, ortho Carolina, massage therapist, chiropractors, paid thousands of dollars in appointments, X-rays, MRI & nothing helped. It was all about money & giving me a run around. I was depressed, insecure & unhappy for so long because I could barely walk or stand & everyday it got worse, UNTIL I came to pure relax!!! Karen & her employees are amazing & aren't in the business for money BUT to really heal you! I broke down crying because I knew for the first time I actually found someone that genuinely cares & wants to help me as much as I want to be helped! She asked me do I trust her & I said yes. When I Finished my first visit I walked better, I wasn't in pain, I wasnt stiff or hurting, It was an out of body experience! I thank Karen & recommend her to anyone before you waste money on doctors or surgery let her heal you! She's better then ANY doctor & her energy & positive vibes are so Amazing!!! I will never stop coming to her. If you want someone who really cares about you well being pure relax is the place to be!

This place is great. Being in a faced-paced corporate environment all week, I stay really stressed and tense. I first stopped by for a foot massage. I then took 2 friends from out of town, and we got the Thanksgiving special which had a 30 min foot / body massage. I got the pleasure of getting Karen. It was amazing! I have traveled to China, and this gave us an authentic experience. A+++
