I had an amazing experience with Grace! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, communicative, and she just gets it! She spent so much time listening to my concerns and vision and she just executed it perfectly! She deserves all the praise- a true professional and artist! Skilled beyond belief and empathetic to boot! I will absolutely be returning for another cut with Grace!

I’ve gotten curly cuts before, but never as good as how Megan Solberg cut my hair. She is so kind and fun to talk to, and gives wonderful advice on how to take care of my hair. It was my first time seeing her, and I will definitely be back.

Kasey has been my ride or die stylist for over 5 years. Great curly cuts! Whether it's blonde, red, pink, purple, or orange color, she's always been up for my hair plans. Super fair prices and everyone there is super kind.

Megan Solberg is an expert at curly haircuts. I think this is the best haircut I’ve ever gotten! I love the way my curls look now. She put in a lot of care to make sure my hair was exactly the way I wanted it. She was so friendly and talented. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience with Megan! I had recently gotten a blunt cut bob at another salon out of town and it turned out really poufy. I hated it. I have wavy-curly hair and I’m also doing the grey hair transition. Megan took her time and carefully cut my curls using a technique to deflate the poof without ruining my natural texture. She also carefully toned my brassy ends. I have never been so happy with a short haircut! I feel cute and sexy and I love my hair again! Megan knows what she’s doing and if you have curly hair you know how much it means to be able to trust your stylist. So happy I found her. :)

Oh my gosh, why did it take me so long to write this review, I am so sorry! I went here at the end of Feb. for a full dye and a haircut, and came out here extremely happy with my transformation! I wanted my dark brown to be copper and while that wasn’t completely possible bc of the old box dye I had as well, Megan walked through the process with me; They essentially said they were going to do more highlights across my hair in hopes that my hair would lift properly. Megan did such a great job tackling each strand, that it lifted up very nicely and got more than just highlights (it looks like my entire hair is actually dyed just like I wanted :D). Also, my hair is still healthy!!! I always get so scared, because I feel like my hair has a tendency to die when it gets dyed or bleached, etc. Megan is also a super lovely, sweet, and fun person to talk to especially when I am a bit socially inept. I was extremely comfortable to the point I knocked out in their chair LOL. I highly recommend them!

Aryn Hogan is a hair magician! I learned more about my thick, curly-ish hair during my first appointment with her than I had learned in all the decades prior. That alone blew my mind. On top of that, she took time & care in getting to know what I was hoping for, how I style for everyday (or not), etc and gave me a cut that grew out beautifully. That was 5+ years ago - I've been going back faithfully ever since. Aryn is always so professional & thoughtful, she has TONS of experience & it shows. Highly recommend!

I have delicate, highly textured hair and have had a hard time finding a compatible hair professional. I’ve booked a couple curly cuts and a Cezanne Treatment with Dee and Ellie respectively. Each visit, I leave loving the way my hair looks, and grateful for their unmatched care and patience with my curls.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Manda for over a year and always leave my appointments re-obsessed with my hair. It took me a long time to find someone who had the same vision for my hair that I did and that was willing to texture my hair the way I wanted. Manda is a true blessing! Okay so Megan is an actual ANGEL on earth. She saved my hair after I decided on an emotional whim that chopping it, cutting my bangs into some sort of thick bowled fringe (also adding a layer??) myself was a good idea. I came in looking crazy and unsure anyone could help me, but she trimmed and blended everything so well it felt like magic and I walked out looking like I had a very chic, intentional look. 100/10 would recommend!

Megan is the most incredible stylist you can FIND! I cannot compliment her enough. She took me from a brassy, grown-out at home bleach to the iciest white I've ever had, as well as a long cut to the CUTEST bob of all time. After this, she took me to a STRONG Copper, with the best dark roots to compliment my on-going style changes. She picks not only the best colors, but the best cuts for your face shape. She is knowledgeable and kind, and makes you feel like she's going above and beyond for every appointment. Wait till she scrubs your SCALP!! (It's worth a wash and style appt alone!) One of the best parts about Megan is she's happy to give you a chatty cut, or if you prefer to be more relaxed (or are an introvert!), she's happy to let you chill and be styled with whatever conversation you're comfortable with She is a never fail stylist. Whatever you're looking for, Megan DELIVERS!!!

Megan is truly god sent for those of us venturing into color or new styles for the first time. I’d had a ton of pandemic hair which I wanted to get styled in a way that wasn’t too damaging and the one that suited my textured hair. Megan was kind enough to look through all my requirements and she gave me just what I needed. EVEN THE EXACT shade of color that matched my reference photo! Not only that, she gave me plenty of tips to care for my hair afterwards. I still rock the amazing foilyage and I’ve never been happier!

My hair was done by Megan. She's absolutely fabulous, kind, funny, and talented. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, which I'm sure is a bit difficult for stylists, but Megan helped me figure it out and did a fantastic job. I also have somewhat difficult hair to work with, and have had trouble with other stylists; Megan knew my hair type well and was really communicative about how to care for it (and what mistakes other stylists might have made), and chose a short style for me to suit my hair/face. She made me feel at ease, and is really gentle in how she speaks and moves. I completely adore her work, manner & style! Definitely see Megan 👍👏❤️

Megan is the FIRST hairdresser I will return to in my 5 years in Portland. When I left my hometown I had been a chair owner for 14 years so I have never been cared for by a fellow stylist in the way she cared for me. Only hairdressers will know we are usually squeezed in by our coworkers never truely getting pampered. But I felt like a true Queen in the care of Megan. Also as a stickler for a precision cut, I can assure you this girl knows what she is doing. I have not gone a day without getting a compliment on my new do. Run don’t walk people.

Sheika is one of the most incredible stylists and color specialists I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a client of. On top of that, the salons staff and other stylists are incredibly kind and helpful. The owner Aryn is fantastic and has created a great space for her stylists to grow and create.
