Absolutely love the way they did my lashes , love the strip lashes as well owner is really the sweetest as well as her staff not to sure as why there was a previous bad review but I just had to share my experience I have been a customer for over 4 years.

Best service ever. Made me feel extremely comfortable. It was clean and sanitized. The vibes where chill. I went for a natural look and Dez delivered I'm extremely happy with her work and the durability of the lashes lasted a month. Do recommend and I most certainly will be returning

I had scheduled a lash appointment with the owner of the salon, her name is Des. She was sooooooo unprofessional and rude. When I arrived to the establishment there was nobody there to greet me, I was waiting for about 5 minutes after repeatedly saying hello is anyone here? .. finally the owner comes out which is Des (she was eating) and she rudely tells me what am I here for. I tell her I am here for lashes and that i have a 12:00pm appointment with Des. She tells me she’s des and that I am late (mind you i arrived at 11:57 but because she was too busy eating in the back and didn’t come out until 12:02pm she’s saying that I am late) she then procedes to tell me to wash my hands and lay down on the lash bed. The lash bed btw is broken and has no cover .. I asked her if there was a cover or anything for the bed due to covid. She says no are you going to lay down or what? Then as I lay down I ask her if there’s any water.. she gets up and tells me to leave her establishment that she is not going to do my lashes because she doesn’t like my vibe and I don’t give her a good feeling .. mind you I waited a month for this appointment and sent her a $50 deposit. Des is very rude to her customers and has no sympathy for anyone. The establishment is dirty and old looking and she does not sanitize her area of work. Don’t book her, all she wants is your money and does not offer any service. Disgusting.
