Michelle has been cutting my hair for over 10 years. I've never gotten a better and more consistent cut plus her prices are very reasonable. She's always pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!

Been going here for 10 years now. Excellent service and quality styling. She cuts my hair and my daughters - and has done special events styles for my daughter (prom, formals). Completely happy.

Regarding your response. I had typed a long “review” telling the entire story but then I removed it. I have chosen not to sink to this level. I am so only responding to your response to me. You should take the 1 star and be happy. I was also going to post on yelp but decided not to, you need to let this go and I will too. You only offered a full refund after you told me that you did not feel like you should refund my money and I pretty much told you how unprofessional you are and you should stand by the work you do. I would be happy to post screenshots of our conversations via email/text if you would like. I had already posted this review and after much back and forth you offered to refund my money. Please don’t defend yourself on here like I contacted you about a problem I had with your work and you were like, oh please let me make this right and refund your money. We both know that did not happen. After you FINALLY offered to refund my money, but then made me feel like a terrible person as you let me know you are a single mom. I am just waiting out this nightmare and have ordered some Lastisse to hopefully fix this mess. Live, forgive, learn and move on. I only typed this in response to your response to the 1 star that google will not let me remove.
