I have been to this salon multiple times and my wife has gotten her eyebrows done by the lady named Aliyah. Aliyah does a terrible job every single time. She makes my wives eyebrows very thin and uneven and doesn't get the correct shape. She also presses very hard that ends up hurting. She has to re-evaluate her skills and learn something from Shaheen. Shaheen has always done an excellent job and can do eyebrows. However, I think me and my wife are cursed because my wife always end up with Aliyah and she does a horrifying job. Please Aliyah do better or find a different job. Thank you. Have a nice day.

I went in for a full legs wax and the service was very good. I do not treat myself by going to the parlor often because of the financial aspect of it. But I guess I must learn to do it every once in a while. It was convenient and I would highly recommend using their services to anyone who hasn't been there yet. The place was clean and the ambience was welcoming. There was a nice private room where I was taken into for my service and I was treated with respect.

I have been going to this place for a very long time and shaheen is the best ever! Her work is amazing and the place is nice and clean! She does the greatest job on my brows. I’ve tried a few other eyebrow spots but I always find my way back to Nikhar. Definitely go to shaheen for your beauty needs. She knows what she’s doing and her work is flawless!!

I used to love this place but heaven knows what chemicals they used in henna on Chand raat to make money, it ended up burning my hand and left a permanent scar. I wish they would take more accountability for the products they use. Plus the lady Alia always end up hurting my skin while doing eyebrows and their hair color services are below average as well. Absolutely disappointing and materialistic service!

I went there on chand raat for mehndi. Not only the lady did a bad job with the design but the chemicals in the mehdi burned my skin. It has been more than a week but my hand is still not recovered. I wish there was a way to show the pic

I’ve been going to Nikhare salon for over 6 years now. Would never want to go anywhere else. All the services given by Shaheen aunty are the best. She does my eyebrows so beautifully that I get compliments every single time. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Really great experience every time I visit. I get my eyebrows threaded every 2-3 weeks and Nikit gets every single hair. She is an artist with her work. I started doing facials recently and my skin is glowing all day. You need to come! Best place in Chicago and very friendly.

THE BEST! Auntie gets my eyebrows right each & every time. She listens to my wants & delivers! Clean, stylish atmosphere. I get my facials here also, my favorite is vitamin C. Good cleaning & exfoliation followed by strong, relaxing massage.

I've been going to Nikhar since late 90's. It's my favorite place to get my eyebrows done because they actually listen to what I want and do exac5what I ask. Both ladies are very polite and friendly, they always ask about my family and we always good co conversation during the service.

Shaheen is great for eyebrows. Noone has ever spent so much time working on my eyebrows before. She wanted to make sure my eyebrows look perfect. Also Shaheen uses very respectful language. She definitely has a lot of experience.

We called to make an appointment for a same day curl, was told they could not and then hung up on. No follow up or when they did have availability.. so rude and unprofessional. I couldn't believe a business just hung up on someone trying to come see them. Unbelievable. Will never been going here again

Terrible service by Alia. No wonder she is rough on skin and my skin comes off every time when she do my eyebrows and i still go as she gives a nice shape to my brows. But this time i told her to wax my nose and instead of putting waxing strip on my nose tip she did it on my nostrils.... i mean like who does that?? My skin is off and its so painful. Would never step in again.

The quality has become terrible. The old lady named Alia literally pulled the skin off ! It lead to bleeding and a deep gash . Very boisterous and unprofessional. Extremely rude and lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE skills . Happened not once but twice ! I miss the old desi lady who worked at the place before [ guess her name was Najma ]. Definitely looking out for another salon as They've just lost a customer ! Never coming back !

Worst hair cut i ever had and they dont even understand what we are saying and dont listen what customer wants, they dont even know hair styling and type of hair cuts,what ever you explain them, they will just do basic hair cut, that is also worst, and very impatient and unprofessional and worst salon i have ever visited, and they talk behind us thinking that we dont know their language, never ever go to this salon if you love your hair and wants to have to good hair cut..
