I went to Nikki’s on the east side George Dieter and had a pedicure done by a male employee. The resulting look was definitely not worth $50+ and to make things worse I got an ingrown. My daughter went later for a pedi and we joked that we hoped she wouldn’t get the same guy. She did. She too got an ingrown nail. We will never go back.

I went and I had never gone to this very young girl before, she soaked my nails off, first she soaked my right in a hot acetone machine. My right hand fingers are so dry they are cracking. My skin is so dry. Never like I’ve had before. My left side was soaked in a bowl with just acetone and it’s fine. I wanted an ombré effect of pink and silver, my nails look bad. Then my toes, I asked her to paint my toes the same pink as my nails and she just painted over the maroon acrylic that was on before. The color totally changed. My toes are a mauve now and you can see the maroon bleed thru. Plus, the edges look dark, makes it seem like my toes are dirty. she also cut my cuticles to my toes and cut my right big toe and I’m in pain! It wasn’t cheap what I paid. But she was young. I hope her technique gets better. Won’t go back.

I’ve been here a couple of times and I always notice the unprofessional behavior and how unclean the salon is but today, enough is enough I will take my business elsewhere they don’t care about being professional. This is ridiculous I rather take my money somewhere else than deal with this kind of behavior. If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!

I had a bad experience here with a stand in nail tech, some confusion on pricing ( I got charged 70$ when should have been 55$). Miena reached out to me to make it right. I went back in and had a great experience! My nails look awesome. I will definitely continue to go here!

I read the reviews before coming here- I was lucky to get Miana who did a fantastic job on my Easter nails and made sure I got the nail shape I requested. The next time I went, one of the ladies asked what did I need to have done, only to be told they were booked. If there was going to be a long wait, just say so. That way the customer could give the place another try on the next round, ya know? Hence, three stars.

The business says walk ins welcome but we are not welcome. The lady answered rudely that they could do my nails in 3 hours. Really!!!

wifey got her nails done yesterday. the girl that did her nails was really rude and unprofessional. never again ! If i was the owner shed be gone in a heartbeat. oh theres a few cuts on my wifes fingers due to her being in a rush.

They say they close at 7:30 but when you call, they say 7 and won’t take you an hour and a half before that. They’ve turned us away twice because they can’t provide a service “so close to closing.” Sure if the business owners were present this wouldn’t happen.
