I love my brows done by Nilu! Today was my first visit and I will definitely be back. Customer service was top tier and the salon was very clean with a great energy. Love it!

When I arrived for my service I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged for the most part. When I sat down for my service before being asked what I was getting an older lady straight away pulled out thread to thread my eyebrows. I quickly stopped her to tell her what I was actually there for, which was eyebrow wax and tint. The wax was fine, the tint was… a disaster. I had just left the hair salon from getting my hair done and the person doing my eyebrows completely ruined my hair by pulling it up where my eyebrow hairs was. After putting the tint on, it was rather sloppy and I had to tell her multiple places to fix them. Overall I’m disappointed with my eyebrows the left looks better than the right. Ultimately this service wasn’t worth the $30 or wait time.

My trusted eyebrow threader of seven years moved away, so I've been on the hunt around Chicago to find someone that could replace her. It is not easy! Nikki's Salon is the third salon I visited, and I feel confident I won't be searching any longer. I am particular about shape, and Shazia did such a wonderful job on my grown out brows. I was seated right away, and it was painless and efficient. She understood me immediately when I explained the thickness and shape I was hoping to create and maintain, and was very detail oriented. Thank you, Shazia!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. I love this place.. Nikki and her staff are all professional and very good at what they do. The eyebrow threading is always on point and they are very attentive to my needs every time especially since I have very sensitive skin.

I go to Nikki's Salon for all things hair and face. I routinely get facials and oil scalp massages in addition to waxing/ threading treatments. Sobha is fantastic, an expert aesthetician, I do not go anywhere else for my facials. I highly recommend all of their services and have never been less than thrilled with the results.

Fantastic spot for brow threading and tinting. They’re usually super quick and you don’t make a reservation. Just show up and put your name on the list. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes, and only when I’ve gone after work. Every other time they see me right away. Great quality and great prices too!

I stopped in at Nikki’s for an eyebrow threading and they kindly squeezed me in right before closing. I always get so nervous with someone else doing my eyebrows, but they turned out fantastic! And the price was great. I’ll be back!

They charged me $30 for eyebrowing waxing threading and tinting and i only wanted threading and tinting for it to look like they barely touched my eyebrows I would’ve done a better than them I will never return!

This was the first salon I came to after moving back to Chicago 2 years ago and it continues to be the best. I tried going to places closer to where i live and I always go back to this salon. Every time I come there I’m greeted by the best smiles and the sweetest people. Even when I forget to make a reservation and just walk in! The service there is unmatched and don’t even get me started on the prices (I mean 60 bucks for a full Brazilian!? Amazing) I always try to support local small businesses, but Nikki’s continues to knock it out of the park.

Open on Sunday’s!! 🙌🏼 not many salons are open Sunday’s but I’m so gappy they are. My eyebrows were in desperate need of a clean up and reshape, they took me in quickly and out the door in 10 minutes. I had a great experience and the place is also modern and clean.
