They really took care of me. I've been so depressed that my hair was basically a nest. Now I've got a cute, low maintenance hair cut that is cute with and without styling. It's really affordable too! Definitely coming back.

KIDS HAIRCUT SAID $15 ON SIGN. AFTER HAIRCUT TO PAY SAID $25. SAID $15 FOR KIDS NOT OVER 5 YEARS OLD AND IF ONLY ITS A BOY HAIRCUT BECAUSE BOY HAVE SHORT HAIR. NEED TO CHANGE THE SIGN TO EXPLAIN THAT. THIS ALL COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF SIGN WITH PRICES EXPLAINED. NEVER AGAIN.

I don't live in Seattle as of this moment, but I loved going to this salon on Rainier Ave. Nina and her staff are awesome. Men's haircuts are reasonably priced. They always fulfill the slight taper for my hairstyle.

Edit: +1 star because I was offered a full refund when I asked, and Nina treated me so kindly during the whole process Nina is such a sweet woman, but I think this place is much better suited for non-color appointments, like quick haircuts. I went in for a root-touchup and my hair was originally going to be left 2 different colors (the touch up vs the previously bleached areas) if I hadn't asked. Even after catching it and requesting everything be one color (which I was fine with toning it darker, as long as everything matched), my roots are still way more brassy than the rest of my hair. It's also not symmetric as you can see in the second picture, the bleach on one side of my head didn't even go to the entire root (leaving a stripe). My included haircut was also choppy and uneven - I think one side of my head is longer than the other. The cuts are not blended so the resulting cut is harsh. Again, she is so sweet and has been in business for a few decades - I'm sure for a reason - but I think anyone who wants to maintain blonde should go elsewhere. I will add that I saw many satisfied male customers walking out with their haircuts.

My absolute favorite and only place I go to get haircuts. I usually get a few inches off and slight layering so the edge doesn’t look harsh. Nina is so wonderful and kind and she cuts fast with precision.

Excellent pedicure! I got another woman (not Nina) and she was careful, meticulous, thorough, clean and professional! It’s honestly one of the best pedicures I’ve had and also at a great price. I am only visiting the area, but I wish I could back regularly. They also fit me in same day. Definitely recommend this place.

This was my first time at Nina Salon, and was hosted by Nina, the owner. She helped trim my hair and waxed my eyebrows. I called ahead of time, but she had same-day availability - lucky me! Our conversation was pleasant, and I am happy with her work. Please be generous with Nina Salon!
