I've visited Sarita about 3 or 4 times now for eyebrow threading, and every time I'm incredibly impressed with her skill and efficiency. Managing my thick brows in under 20 minutes is no small feat, but Sarita does a phenomenal job every time, ensuring they look perfect! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch eyebrow care.

Really good experience. Reasonable prices, good ambience, and the eyebrow threading was really good. She even gave a nice quick massage on the brows with aloe at the end. Will definitely be coming back!

Got my eyebrows done here and was left with scarring and huge red marks under one of my brows. My brows were waxed and then threaded, which was a super painful experience. Services were not gentle here. Definitely will not be returning.

Amazing place. First time here and I had Sarita as my aesthetician. She was super gentle and patient when threading. Honestly the most pain free threading experience I've ever had. Very professional! Highly recommended!

I’m writing this a couple of minutes after leaving - can’t say enough good things! I decided to try Nirvana because of the great reviews. It’s centrally located and the space itself is very clean, quiet (relaxing instrumental music), and bright. I made an appointment and we started right on time - no delay or wait time. Smitha was amazing! From the beginning she was really polite and detail-oriented. She offered me hand sanitizer, used a fresh pair of gloves, and a new thread of course. She was efficient but clearly took her time - I didn’t feel like she was in a rush and I noticed she stopped to check and make sure she got everything a couple times throughout our session. She shaped my eyebrows really nicely, and I have a shape that’s prone to going too thin if you’re not careful/experienced. I have been looking for eyebrow threading all across SF, but I am definitely sticking with Nirvana! They are fantastic.

Sarita is the best!! Ive been here several times with different people, but she’s got my brow shape down!!! I don’t even live in the city anymore after relocating, but whenever I’m in the office for work, I make sure to make time to see her!

The team at Nirvana are by far the best with waxing! If you gave a low pain tolerance for waving pain then Nirvana is the place for you as they use the softest wax and breathing techniques to make it feel closer to painless!

This was my first time at this place since my usual place was closed. The person doing my eyebrows did a decent and efficient job. They did my right side first and noticed my eye was tearing up a ton, so it seemed as they were trying to be gentler with my left side. To be honest, I think my eyes are just sensitive because I think overall, this person had a gentle way of threading. Which I’ve concluded because there wasn’t any scarring and no burning sensation the next day (which happens to my lids when getting threaded). I’ll definitely be coming back & would recommend to others. Pics are a bit dark, but hope they do justice!

This was the best place I’ve ever been to get my eyebrows and Brazilian waxing done. They are caring and take their time to get your brows perfectly done. For the waxing work they make you feel comfortable and have great techniques for minimal pain. Definitely going back 💗

Been here multiple times now and always love it! The place is clean and well kept, staff are all very skillful. I always come for a “natural” trim and it looks great. They also apply aloe and give a small head massage at the end which feels super refreshing.

My expensive heirloom bracelet was stolen in the ten minutes I was there - I suspected by the person who was doing my eyebrows because she was the only person I came in contact with and also because she left the premises immediately after with a bag, but they refused to show me the CCTV footage. I called their owner and cried in the store for two hours, but they refused to show my the recording - if they weren't guilty they should have had no problem showing me the footage of the security camera that was pointed directly at me. I had no choice but to walk away from there without it. Heartbreaking and very unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE

Poor work on eyebrows. Visited them first time and will not like to visit again. Work is not clean. Paid money for poorly executed eyebrow threading which is looking like as if nothing was done on them. Extremely extremely disappointed

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to for this place! I’m so glad I found it. I got my eyebrows, upper lip, underarm, and Brazilian done here and they did a great job. I’m a brown girl, so I’ve *gone through it* when it comes to hair removal haha - but this place had very minimal pain (even for sensitive areas), was fast, and had friendly conversation from the workers. I’d highly recommend for anyone who is scared of waxing/threading or wants a staple place to go to!
