I had an amazing deep tissue/neuromuscular massage with Jenny. I’ve had severe upper back and neck pain for several days that wasn’t resolved with OTC meds or lidocaine patches and she worked wonders on me! I am no longer in pain!

if you have acne, i wouldn't try to get it addressed here. i went in for a facial and the esthetician did everything under the sun - probably too much. some of the extractions she did were helpful and nearly cleared some deep pimples i had. but she was overzealous with extracting and left me with acne on my forehead (a zone that is usually clear for me). when i look close i can see that the clogs are still there but now inflamed, a month later. i reached out to the spa about my breakout, and was told the esthetician would contact me but she never did. this was my second-ever time getting a facial and now i'm scared to do it again! the esthetician i saw demonstrated confusion about retin-a prescription strengths, a lack of knowledgeability of the products i use.. this made me nervous during the appointment and i should have just run away before my face and wallet took damage

I had an amazing massage with Adam today! I’ve been having upper back pain and he was very intentional in making sure all my sore spots were attended to and I had so much relief afterwards. He was also very professional and communicative in making sure I was comfortable at all times, would definitely recommend booking with Adam!

I highly recommend Nirvana for all your wellness needs! I’ve been coming here to get my nails done with Maria, who always does an excellent job. Most recently, I was treated to a massage with Nancy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nancy understood exactly what I needed and worked intuitively with my body, addressing my specific needs with care and expertise. I’ll definitely be recommending her to all my friends and clients! Adam is incredibly talented! My partner and I feel incredibly safe and comfortable with him. We both work with our bodies and without even expressing our pain he was able to pinpoint areas we didn’t even know were hurting. Cannot recommend him more!

Juliana was my injector and she did an amazing job! It was my first time getting Botox and she explained everything to me so well that I felt comfortable the entire time. She also listened to how I wanted to look and followed through. Will definitely continue going to her!

My massage with Adam was the best I’ve ever had! We also did cupping. I’ve been super tight lately and this was the most relief I’ve had in a while. He made me feel very comfortable and was informative. Will definitely be back!

I had the Executive IV therapy with Solomia who's full of knowledge and very caring, loved her. I felt relax and my headache was gone instantly. I will make the IV therapy part of my wellness routine I highly recommended.

I used Nirvana for my wedding hair and makeup and couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Jessie was amazing and so helpful during the coordination process. Kat, Katie, Karla, and Teresa did such a fantastic job and were so fun to work with. I couldn't recommend them enough. Everything was so seamless and everyone looked absolutely stunning. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Nirvana and the stylists who made us look so beautiful for my wedding. I highly reccomend booking with Nirvana!

The nirvana team were my wedding day HMU artists and I am so happy we chose them! My entire bridal party looked and felt amazing, and Mariah and Sam were incredibly talented and friendly (and relaxing!) throughout the whole process. They easily adapted to some changes I requested after my trial and coordination was so smooth, Jessie was an incredibly responsive point of contact for several months leading up. I’ve had my hair and make up done several times as a bridesmaid and always hated how it turned out, feeling like an imposter, but this team really listened to what I wanted and made me feel like an elevated version of myself, and the look held all through my wedding brunch the following morning! Cannot recommend them enough.

This was my first time visiting Nirvana and I received a massage and the radiance facial. The massage: my Masseus, Tiffany, was incredible. I'd give her 30 stars if I could. She was thorough, checked in often and really made sure to make me feel incredible. I would absolutely get a massage from her again. Reflexology add on: this was....confusing? Maybe its because I've never done reflexology but this felt like, well, nothing ? I don't even know when during my appointment this happened. So, maybe I wouldn't recommend adding this in. The facial: Lauren was very sweet and talked me through my options. I liked the facial, I don't think it was anything over the top or super luxurious, but i enjoyed it nonetheless. Some additional points: - The "spa" aspect is a bit lacking. I showed up 15 min early hoping to be handed a robe and allowed some sauna time. Did not seem to be an option. - The robes / facial gowns: this spa specifically doesn't seem to carry anything above an L so if you're the average size American woman, or larger, you are not getting into one of their robes. This is very disappointing. Having to redress between appointments really takes you out of the experience. Nirvana really needs to do better, having robes for straight and plus sizes is not a monumental ask. - The upsell post facial is a lot. I get it, the teams work on commission, I don't blame them, I blame the owners. You are already charging Rittenhouse prices, you can afford to pay your ppl a bit more. I would come back for Tiffany, but otherwise, my search for a full service spa that feels luxurious and has the additional touches, continues.

Can’t say enough great things about the experience here at nirvana. The entire team is attentive, personable, and clinically excellent. Shout out to my favorite masseuse Cynthia who is a magician on the deep tissue and Kyla at the front desk who could teach a masterclass in customer service and connecting with clientele. Keep up the great work team!

Had an amazing massage with Ann today. Ive had very tight hips for years and more recently also mid-back pain. Ann has mad skills and in one hour she provided relief for both issues. I was honestly shocked at what she accomplished. I wish I lived locally as she would definitely be my go to. Look forward to my next visit to Philly, I’ll be booking another appointment for sure!!!

Katie is an amazing nail tech! Every service she has done for me has been excellent. Katie does a full consultation before she even touches your nails. She is very gentle and careful with all of her work. Plus her designs are gorgeous. You can tell she is passionate about what she does! Definitely book her for all your nail care needs.

The facial was great but will not be returning. There is something really un-relaxing about getting sold multiple products while trying to enjoy a peaceful treatment. Then when I went to pay they claimed they couldn’t use the card on file because their system is “down.” Girl at the front desk says it’s been down months. Why even take a card online then? I didn’t bring my card with me cause I thought it would be the one I supplied already. Had to put my service on another card I hadn’t planned on using.

Amazing place! My wife and I have been going here for several years and really enjoy whenever we can make time to go back. Taralyn and Liz have been awesome for skincare especially with advice on how to prepare for our wedding. Cynthia's massages have become a staple in our recovery routine. Cynthia treats massage as a healer and she focuses on shaping the experience around your needs. Cynthia is the best massage therapist we've ever had!

Went for a facial today to celebrate my birthday and Sofia was great! She’s very personable and was able to get me to relax and enjoy the experience. My 1st pro massage in 15 years was absolutely superb. Came for deep, painful tension and spasms in my left shoulder. Cassandra was bright, skilled, kind, and did a spectacularly good job. It had been growing over a month and had gotten extremely bad that morning. She drove it back underground like a pro, and I’ve been on the mend ever since. Expert job, great place, very well set up, highly professional. Highly recommended!!
