I had a dip manicure and pedicure from Tiffany and it was probably the best nail set i've ever had and I've been to many places over the years. She was so thorough and made sure every detail was perfect. It also included a manicure which not every nail salon include a manicure with their dip sets (or you pay extra). She was friendly, the salon was clean and pleasant, and the prices were good. I will definately be back!

I had a pedicure here this past Saturday. While I was happy with the service during my appointment, the quality of the nail work and their response to an issue was disappointing. My appointment was for a 90-minute luxury pedicure with regular pedicure is 60-min with lower cost, but the service was done 17 minutes early, which was unexpected. I was advised to wear the spa slippers for half an hour, but even after wearing them for four hours and then putting on sports shoes, my toenails were still smudged and folded. I took a picture of the damage but got busy with work and didn't address it right away. When I called on Thursday to report the issue, I was told that repairs must be scheduled within three days of the original appointment—something I was never told. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I was informed that the manager was willing to offer a 20% discount if I booked a repair appointment. Even though I did nothing wrong, I was asked to redo the appointment, drive 25 minutes each way, and pay for the repair, which was very disappointing. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating. Despite following their instructions, I encountered several surprises and found their response unsatisfactory. While the staff wasn’t terrible, I won’t be returning due to this experience.

I had won a gift certificate for this business. Made the appointment. I was not told about cancelation policies. Therefore now they want to keep the gear certificate and I get nothing. I do not recommend this business at all.They're very shady in their business practices.

I had the signature pedicure with regular polish and it was amazing! I had such a good conversation and it was so relaxing! I can’t wait to come back! Please, please, please schedule your nail services here! The service is amazing!!

My massage started at 3 we started a few minutes late but ended by 3:50. It was suppose to be a 60 minute massage. I did not get the full time. This was suppose to be a medical massage, tho nothing was really asked about my body or conditions. Not even a question to see the pressure is feeling or anything. I will not be returning. Additionally when I was on their website they had a promo for $39 for new client medical massage. They did not honor what is on their website and blamed it on an outdated website. Overall not a great experience in regards to the operation and pricing. The massage itself was fine

I came here for a massage with Kathryn. I felt very comfortable and she listened to what I wanted to focus on. I had a stiff neck and shoulders and they have greatly improved after the massage.

I got a first timers message here and let me tell you it was absolutely incredible! The staff was super friendly from the moment you walked in. The atmosphere is the definition of relaxing. My masseuse was Kathryn and she was so amazing! The rebooking process was super easy and I’ll definitely be coming back and referring it to my friends.

I used to go there monthly for massages but every masseuse I liked left after 3 months. Several of the new people were not very good so it was a waste of time to keep going for bad hour massages

I've been a spa client for many years and enjoyed great therapeutic massages. Recently, I've also received excellent nail services from Tiffany. She is thorough and efficient with a very pleasant personality. Pleased to give my highest recommendation. Bravo!!!

Massage therapist, Heather C (from TX) is amazingly talented. I’ve had cupping, deep-tissue and over-all relaxation style massage therapy by Heather C's capable hands. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My mom has been coming here for years because I bought her a groupon when she first moved close by. I thought I would treat myself to a facial while I was visiting and was lucky enough to find an appointment while I was there. There was no indication of the price or the time allocated for the facial I booked and so when I got to the room for the treatment, the esthetician started telling me about the add on services, so I asked how much the facial itself was going to cost-$275, which is considerably more than I usually pay for a facial. The facial was nice enough, but the price point is, in my opinion, exorbitant.

Service itself is good. Team is all over the place but management keeps much too tight a leash on them. Poor communication, lack of communication, and takes lightyears for management to address anything. Was overcharged weeks ago (when their employee lied to them about my service) and I literally paid the price for her flub up instead of the company apologizing for the issue. Next stop: fraudulent activity claim :( Team: If you see this and would like to resolve it would be wonderful - Please call me! Otherwise I cannot keep waiting for your false promises. Note: I only submit reviews once it’s been attempted resolve internally first and this one has gone too far and have been more than patient.

this is my 1st even -ve review. this place is a Fraud. they advertise $49 facial massage for new customers, but when you click to book appointment, it doesn't list all the prices, one would think that booking the options showing up would be for either $49 massage, or the prices listed. hydra facial doesn't have prices listed, and upon upon charging, it was $275 & Not $49. will Never use this place or recommend it to anyone

Just received one of the worst massages of my life. Ended short and started late. My pain is worst than when I came in, all they did was move my knots around, not relieve me of anything. Do not recommend.

My daughter called to cancel her appointment early on the day she had a massage (8hours) because of the hurricane. Media says, “stay home don’t drive.” Olivia at desk confirmed that had no sympathy for the fact that she is VI and cannot get rides to her appointment.They called back after canceling.They are going to charge her anyway. Shameful

The masseuse who did my massage today was Michelle and she was incredible! She was very patient and kind to me (second time ever getting a massage here) and she has the softest hands! She also wasn't too rough which I appropriated greatly. She also followed my intake paper to a T and made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable. I definitely will be seeing her again! Overall amazing experience! Everyone I had contact with was very polite and welcoming. This place is amazing!

If you are buying a gift for someone, be sure to tell them NOT to contact the recipient. Stating it is a gift is not enough for them to realize that they shouldn’t contact the person. The manager looked for every way to blame me for it. Not even an apology for doing it. Way to ruin a Mother’s Day gift Nirvelli.

Front seat lady and manager acted like I was INSANE for asking. I asked for the owner Dr Heather to give me a call. She never did. I guess you can take your own assumptions from there
