This was the worst massage I have ever gotten. I get a lot of massages, this was by far the roughest and unnecessarily rough. I confirmed when I finished the massage, she legitimately ripped the skin in-between my toes, that's how rough she was. Also ripped out some of my baby hairs in the back of my head out of the braids I had in. I have never had someone handle me in this manner. Even when she was just massaging my neck, she was SO rough handling my head. I got the 1 hour foot, shoulder and neck massage. Will never be back. She did get better when I told her to be more gentle, but I shouldn't have to even tell her to be gentle enough to not rip my skin..... Unbelievable. I don't know what her name was. I will say I went with my friend and she had exactly the opposite experience.

Came for an hour couples massage. We ended up adding a 15 minute foot massage since it was so great. The place is clean, the massage started on time, and we loved the massage. The only negative point is communication, it can be a little tricky.

Great massage BUT the guy at the front desk REQUESTED ALMOST DEMANDING a tip no less than $10.00. Who does that?? And they charge taxes over the tip!! Also language is a barrier as well.

I called 2 or 3 weeks ago and the guy couldn't even speak English( not even broken English for that matter). Finally thought I got a massage scheduled for November 12th at 6:30 for my wife's birthday but when I got there last night they had no knowledge of any appointment I made and wanted me to wait an hour before getting a massage when they had plenty of tables available

Was in a tremendous amount of pain and came in to No. 1 massage spa for an hour massage it was absolutely amazing. Mina did a fantastic job. If you’re not coming here to get a massage you are crazy.

My boyfriend and I chose this place for a massage on our vacation knowing it will be full body work by the therapists. We each got a 45 min massage and both us of got our respective problem areas worked out . The hot stones were great . I’m enjoyed that they wiped the oil off with a nice hot towel as most places skip this step. If you are looking for a full pressure body work massage this is the place to go .

Do not buy Groupon for this location you are not getting a deal like your supposed to. Value was 145 but bought for 127 for 90 minute full body & foot massage. Problem is you can get 90 minute for 100 & foot for 35 so pay there youll get 2 hrs. When I tried to explain this they either didn't realize it was a con or knew & didnt give a rip i got shorted. Like other reviews I was short changed on time not getting 90 minutes supposed to be closer to 2 hr considering i almost paid 127, they did not honor & counting all the walking out, figuring out who will do work, answering phone, dealing w/ customers. They are lucky I still tipped them as the massage by the male was decent. Was more of I'll lean on you pressure than massage. I been to other places that are massage more direct, more hands or pressure rubbing, here they do it through towel which takes pressure away. Place appears to be clean when they wipe you down & hot stones are good but you can get this other places. Pricey & a flip of coin on what you'll get. Not returning. Nice people though. G luck to them. # 1 more like # 5.

I went in for a massage today 7/19/24 as a gift from my fiancé for our birthday. The man starting my massage had a phone call on his cell phone mid session and stopped in the middle of my massage to answer the phone and schedule an appointment for a couples massage. Once it was over, he asked for a tip at the front counter. I told him no thank you. That was a terrible massage and I will stick to massage luxe or a chain that cares about customer satisfaction and not just making a quick buck. My therapist was very rough and had no technique whatsoever. I couldn’t wait for my massage to end, it was so uncomfortable.

My sister in law and I went as a birthday relaxing experience she wanted. The atmosphere, music and smell were all nice but the message its self was painful rough and left me and my sister painful sore by the time the evening came around and the day after we needed Tylenol for the soreness. I wouldn’t recommend if you want to relax and feel refreshed after!

Great service and very polite staff. My husband and I booked the couples deep tissue massage with hot stones and they exceeded our exceptions. We both work physically and mentally demanding jobs and now we feel rejuvenated.

My husband and I had a couples massage as a date night and we were not disappointed! We will definitely come back. Maybe a once a month treat to our achy bodies. I enjoyed the massage, stretching and hot stones. Answering the phone as we were in the session was a bit off putting but it’s not a reason to take a star away from their great work!

Steve is GREAT! This is the second time I’ve had a 60min deep tissue with hot stone massage with Steve and WOW…he is just awesome! he hit exactly where my pain and restrictions are without asking. Yes, there is a language barrier and yes there was a call interruption during my session to get an appointment from a client, since he runs the lobby too which is not ideal (hence why I rated the visit 4 out of 5, otherwise it would’ve been 10 out of 5 👌🏽) but the quality of his massage is worth it 100%. Ask for Steve when you try them out and I promise you will not be disappointed!

I had never been here before. The place is nice and clean and pretty calm. It’s your standard massage place with a few rooms and I noticed there were some massage beds in the hallway that I believe they use for reflexology. I did notice that they don’t close the doors all the way, but instead leave them cracked a bit, which is fine with me. I just had a one hour massage with Cindy. She was great. I went in in so much pain, and she already gave me relief. She really focused on my tense areas. Some of them were uncomfortable when she would massage them so she would rub them In a different way and it would help. She also did some stretching that seemed to help. I enjoyed the hot stones at the end. I would definitely go back to her. The only thing I didn’t like was being shown on the credit card receipt where the tip line was, but I won’t hold that against her.

They were very nice and polite. I was able to get an appointment quickly, Cindy was my masseuse. She was great. Very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and had new techniques that were wonderful, I felt much better when I left.
