I’ve been going to Sam for a few years now for cuts and highlights/hair color. Honestly she’s the only hairstylist I trust to work with my hair. She’s so kind and sweet, her personality is always bubbly. I definitely recommend her especially if you have asian hair, she has a long time experience so she is very knowledgeable about all hair types.

Sam is so sweet. I had my hair dyed brown by her in April and the color still looks amazing! I recently went back to her for a haircut and she did an incredible job. Not only is she a talented hair stylist, she’s also really sweet and treats you like family. The rest of the staff members are really nice and attentive too!

Tatiana was incredible. She does remarkable job on gel nails. Very friendly. I think we talked the entire time I was there. Will definitely be going back.

I got a hair cut here back in July. I am still growing it back out. My hair is so lifeless and brittle now. She used thinning shears after I repeatedly told her not to. My highlights look good but hair is so brittle i think the wrong volume was used. Do not go here if you have long hair. Please read other reviews.

I had my appointment with Nona on Saturday and asked to get the ombré pictured below. I got nothing like it at all. She put highlights on the top of my head and they are chunks of color where it’s supposed to transition and also they are orange in color. Many orange chunks through out. On top of not getting what I requested she also chopped off my hair after I insisted she not cut off. After I sent her a text telling her how I feel upset with my hair she sends me back a text and sends me the picture I had sent her back in January and says that picture had highlights!!! It was an insult to me because I had a different picture on Saturday which is the one attached to this review and it’s been over half a year since I had sent her that picture which was clearly not what I wanted. Never again.

Got fit in last minute for lash extensions. This was my first time and I had an amazing woman, Flower, explain everything to me and helped me through the process. Was so relaxed I fell asleep and when I woke up she was done! She did 200 individual lashes from Novalash. By far a fun calming experience. If I lived here I’d be a permanent customer! She even does personal before and after of each client. I am extremely pleased with the results. Go see Flower for a 2-3 hour session to wake up with beautiful natural lashes!!

Sam did an excellent job with my shampoo and haircut! She asked me exactly what I wanted, took her time, paid attention to detail, made sure I was satisfied and provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and attentive. Haircut was reasonably priced and the salon looked good on the inside. I will be coming back to Sam to get my haircut! :)

Shout out to Ms. Sam, who is an experienced and very detail oriented. She took her time on my hair and my sister's hair as well. Took her an hour to cut each of our hair and she is very patient, listened well on our instructions on how we wanted the hair to look like. Although the appointment ran a bit late during to her other clients being overall picky, she was still able to take her time during my appointment. So that was a pleasant first time experience I had here. I highly recommend you make an appointment with Sam if you have thin and long asian hair like mine. She's familiar with our hair textures so it's much easier for her to cut and style or color for my type of hair. The interior is a bit outdated but if you could get pass that, the ladies here will take great care of you! They also offer beauty services such as permanent make up and eyelash extensions. Check them out if you are in the area!

Did a walk-in to get my shoulder length blunt cut hair cut into something more interesting, and Roberto was incredibly nice; I've had bad previous experiences at salons so I'm always really nervous with new stylists, but he was so welcoming and friendly. He listened to the few directions I gave for what I was sure I didn't want, and I left the rest up to him and he certainly delivered. I love my new cut and I highly recommend the salon and Roberto specifically. Thank you for a great experience!
