Great massage but was harassed and begged for a large (33%) tip after. Left a 20% tip solely for the good quality of the massage- very uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommend.

A great place to go to relax unwind and relieve the daily stress, I prefer a strong massage and they were great. They did not rush the time and took the time to understand what you needs are. The place was quiet and very relaxed I even fell asleep at the end.

Called ahead to make sure there was an open spot for me and my two family members. Upon arriving, all of a sudden there was no open spots and a line of people who had also apparently booked the same time.

I definitely recommend the facials because Amy is very professional and the place is very clean. I had a deep facial for $79 that included everything including extractions. Amy took extra time to do the extractions my face needed and didn't charge me extra. I'm going back very soon.

I really enjoyed my experience, I brought my boyfriend along. It was his first time getting massage so he didn't know what to expect. The lady who did his massage was very rough but it wasn't so bad, he says. He is very muscular so we can understand why she probably thought he needed it hard. Very relaxing.

Massages are good they are a little rough but decent. They are not very welcoming and ask to pay first rather than paying after the massage is done. A little trust in clients goes a long way.

Had Avery average experience and my wife was cold the entire time. We waited for them to finish with another customer and they stated the massage 15 minutes late but ended 60 minutes after the scheduled start time. Then complained about the tip at the end. Won’t be going back.

Best facial I have ever had, the 79$ facial include everything including extractions. The owner took an extra hour to do my extractions (my face needed it) and didn’t up charge. Will definitely be going back more consistently.

Omg, Amy is the best esthetician in NYC! I came here last week with “eh” expectations and Amy far exceeded them. She is SUPER knowledgeable and incredibly honest with her skin assessment. She takes her time on you and has gotten extractions out that no other place has been able to get! She’s very sweet as well. I will definitely be returning! BTW, make sure you tip Amy well- in cash. This is my second time at this spa and it was a amazing massage! If you want you a deep tissue massage this is the best place for a strong, deep massage. They will release all the stress and tension in your muscles. The spa is very clean, and the owner and therapist are very kind and welcoming. I’ll be back to try a facial soon!
