I've been dealing with persistent neck and shoulder pain and tried physical therapy a few times, but unfortunately, I didn't see much improvement. I decided to get a one-hour massage focusing on my neck and shoulders, and it was amazing! It truly helped me regain my energy for another week of work. I’ll definitely be going back soon!

As much as I would want to gatekeep, No. 2 Spa is just too good not to share. Yuki was my therapist and she was incredible. She is super strong and gives a great deep tissue massage. Prices are more than reasonable and their space is clean and welcoming. Have been twice already and will continue to come back!

I walked in on the second day of a migraine without an appointment. I didn't know what I wanted since I'd only had one prior massage. They were very helpful. After some deep neck and shoulder work I left feeling 100% better.

This is our go to massage place. Excellent deep tissue; they are very skilled and dependable. We go here about 3-4 times per month and feel so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. We live in the area and this is the best place by far

I’ve had 5 massages here this year (deep tissue and Swedish) and they are always fantastic. Very clean space, same day and short notice appointments, always friendly, and somehow capable of finding and relieving knots I never even knew I had. Shirley is excellent!

This place rocks. Today, I had an hour long massage. The staff is kind and professional. It is big and comfortable with plenty of room to hang my clothes. The best thing about my massage was Linda. She knew what she was doing and hit all the right spots. When I left I felt relaxed with less knots in my back, neck and shoulders. I highly recommend this place and especially Linda she is a gem. I look forward to going back.

Today, in the afternoon I went to their spa and it was very clean and comfortable.The service their was very good especially Helen she did a very good job on my back and neck since I asked for a massage.I would never ask someone else to do my massage ever again but Helen.

Helen is the absolute best. I have had different kinds of massages in many places, ranging from high-end to medical to the most popular value massage in Boerum Hill - and since coming here, really cannot justify going anywhere else. Helen knows what she is doing, is supremely sensitive to what’s actually going on in your specific body, and it’s almost criminal she doesn’t charge twice as much. Come and tip well!

Good massage place but the lady was nice until I gave her a 18% tips, which apparently wasn’t enough for her because her personality switched and she got really mad and cold to me and my girlfriend. This ruined the experience and now they lost business with us over a couple dollars. Now we’re probably gonna have to find a new place. I hate this kind of pressure and fake kindness.

I was skeptical, but the spa was clean and inviting. Scheduling with the owner is very convenient and the prices are affordable. I’ve been a number of times and Helen’s service is better than can be expected.

I absolutely love this place :) I live in the Hudson Valley and after experiencing the service here, it’s verrry hard for me to justify spending $ elsewhere. I visit nearly every time I’m down in the city. The service is excellent; warm and friendly. The establishment is pristine. The quality of the massage top notch, especially if you like a thorough deep tissue. I recommend Helen!! I left feeling brand new!! If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This place is worth every penny.

I went in for a 90- minute massage and it was amazing. The place is very clean and relaxing. The welcoming touch of leaving your shoes before you go in to the massage room is very thoughtful. Customer service was great and the massage was exceptional. Mia knew the exact spots to be work on. Definitely will come back once a month! Highly recommended.
